Hotel con piscina a Windsor

Sono venuto a questo hotel per tre anni, e posso facilmente dire che è il miglior hotel della zona. Mike e la sua squadra sono fantastici! Durante la mia ultima permanenza, ho lasciato le luci della mia macchina in modo da portare a una batteria morta. AAA citava tre ore per arrivare a me, che ci avrebbe portato a mancare un gioco di softball. Ho passato alla squadra alla Reception e senza esitazione, si sono messi in azione e mi hanno fatto saltare. Eravamo sulla nostra strada in meno di 10 minuti! È sorprendente!

Had an early morning flight, so family dropped me off the night before. Right off, I was treated well by the desk clerk (Shareena?), who was funny and warm. I was also treated well by the morning clerk and the driver to the airport (wish I knew their names!). The driver said a tip wasn't necessary (he was so humble), but I insisted. Being treated like I am special is so important, sometimes more important than the place itself. My king-sized bedroom was spacious and I had a view of lots of greenery from my window. I appreciated the low, wide shelf (as part of the TV/refrigerator/bureau) for laying my suitcase on. Most hotels do not have this in my experience (I go to at least 6 hotels per year). No more laying it on the floor, a flimsy luggage rack or on the shelf under the TV! I also liked the side table which could easily slide over the sofa so I could eat. The breakfast was what you would expect from these types of hotels (I stay at all types of Hilton properties as well as some of their competitors), which is fine. The dining area is spacious.
