The bedsheets had stains on them. And there was some trash behind the bed at the head of the bed. The hot tub in the room had dirty water that came out of it at first, or the tub was dirty but after cleaning it, it worked fine.

Long check in with no place to sit in the lobby. Room was ok- fridge sounded sick- like a diesel engine.
Noise at night was terrible. New Year’s Eve. Called down to front desk at 2:30 to complain, and I was told there was no one in the hallways according to the cameras. Yelling and running didn’t stop until well after 3:30 am. Will not be booking here again. Breakfast room full, it’s very small. Not worth the money to stay here.

i request for room service the second day of my stay and they never came, i’ve contacted them 3 times and the 4th time the person at the front desk told me it was too late for that.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very clean. The beds were a little hard. We would definitely return again and hopefully get a more comfortable bed

We booked thru ******* but got a call the morning of our check in, which I could not answer because I was at my aunt’s funeral. After the funeral I called Super 8 back to be told our credit card would not work so they cancelled our booking. Everything was correct and the card worked fine when we arrived and earlier that morning. So we don’t get our ******* points. Sounds suspicious to me.

I tried to cancel literally 2 mins after I booked it on ******* , because I need it it for that night, they said I wasn’t able to check in untill 12 noon , that was 8 hours later , I told them at the front desk , to cancel it and I hey refused , call ******* and they told the hotel refuse the cancellation and charged me anyways, T wasn’t like it was last minute, I will never use ******* again
