Non è stato tutto cattivo: l'hotel dispone di una posizione centrale, un delizioso buffet colazione, buone bagni - e hanno fornito un servizio eccellente con un test antigenico. Ma siamo arrivati dopo un'auto a cinque ore, solo per essere informati che la stanza non era pronta come normale alle 15:00. Le camere (avevamo due) erano sottostanti: tinture sul tappeto, finestre molto sporche (tipo di uccelli), mobili in parte ingoiati e WiFi instabile. In un certo punto le nostre carte chiave non funzionavano a causa di un errore tecnico, quindi non potevamo usare l'ascensore senza assistenza. Ho visitato altri Hilton, in generale con esperienze positive. Ma per il prezzo che ho pagato non posso raccomandare Hilton Windhoek.

Esperienza super positiva! Hotel veramente chic e con ogni comfort, inoltre è nel centro di Windohek! Dotato di palestra, centro commerciale, 2 ristoranti e 2 bar, servizi vari eccellenti. Abbiamo passato qui la nostra ultima notte del viaggio di nozze e non potevamo concludere meglio di così. Una menzione particolare a Schey (uno dei ragazzi del ristorante del 15esimo piano) per la sua gentilezza e simpatia, servizio impeccabile! Grazie di cuore!

A mall is next door but you need to taxi to see any sites. Outlets are strangely hidden behind furniture which makes it inconvenient to charge your phone. The remote for the TV and A/C is bizarrely given to you with the room key, it should stay in the room. And thus the a/c was not on when I entered the room. The free bottles water was not the fridge where I could have had cold water waiting for me. The behind the bed lamp takes the room lighting from dim yellow to natural white yet it doesn't stay on for long and would start flickering. The ceiling light is in your eyes when you're lying in bed looking at your phone. I found a roach in my room so I shouldn't have left my suitcase open. Bedsheets had a blood stain on them. There's no room for towels in the bedroom so it took me a minute to find them in the room. No solid hand soap for sink, just body wash in a tube. Towel had stains on it, bathroom mirror is too low, its next to the sink. it should be a few inches higher. Rate is $51 a night for a single room, they they charge extra per child. Don't get a room on the first floor. The hotel doesn't have umbrellas for guests. The restaurant menu does not have a meat free pasta option for vegetarians. They have a whole seafood section but not a vegetarian option. The alfredo pasta was more like a cheddar soup. Service is slow in restaurant, then asked if I wanted to leave a tip. They had an impressive collection of cakes. For breakfast they put the salami together with the cheese, cucumber and tomatoes and only one tong. I don't want to eat a cucumber that's touching meat. The mushrooms were burnt beyond recognition. Only canned fruit was served at breakfast. I liked the passion fruit welcome drink when I arrived at the hotel.

Hotel récent construit et tenus par des Chinois. Le hall de réception est immense avec du marbre de différentes couleurs un peu partout (l’association des couleurs n’est pas très harmonieuse), décoration très clinquante et très kitch (=gout chinois). Grande chambre en étage, avec une épaisse moquette en sol (tachée) et une salle de bains avec une grande baignoire à débordement (= erreur de conception, l’eau coule par terre). Belles serviettes de toilette et nombreux articles de toilette à disposition. Belle literie. Climatisation non bruyante. Calme. Petit Déj servi sous forme de buffet dans une salle aussi kitch que le hall de réception avec du marbre à profusion. Il est nécessaire d’arriver de bonne heure : les plats ne sont pas réachalandés. Lorsque les quelques bouteilles de jus de fruits sont vides, il n’y en a pas d’autres. En ce qui nous concerne, nous sommes arrivés tôt et avons déjeuné correctement.

E'stato qui la prima e l'ultima notte di un viaggio stradale di tre settimane con gli amici, ed è stato il luogo perfetto per fare questo. Ristorante per cena e colazione a letteralmente 100 metri di distanza con eccellente cibo e servizio amichevole Camere pulite, confortevoli, con buon parcheggio A/C Sicuro, facile da consegnare il nostro autonoleggio a entrambi i lati della vacanza Staff erano amichevole e accogliente Molto facile accesso al sud B1 (via un comodo centro commerciale per le forniture!) il giorno 1

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel la prima e l’ultima notte del nostro viaggio in Namibia. Direi che siamo stati bene, camere spaziose e pulite, ben insonorizzate. Giusto i bagni avrebbero bisogno di una rinnovata, ma risultano comunque utilizzabili. Colazione e cena con un bel buffet, sempre rifornito e con una bella scelta. Ci ha sorpreso la presenza di una piscina esterna e di una palestra. Ovviamente non farei paragoni con gli hotel europei, ma siamo stati complessivamente molto bene.
