I migliori hotel con spa a Winchester

I stayed on Christmas night so perhaps not typical experience. Staff were friendly and didn't resent being there. The value for money is pretty good, the dining area is decent enough and the mattress comfortable. I prefer rooms with radiators than aircon in winter, so I had my usual issue of finding it bit too noisy at night, but I'm quirky like that. There's free wi-fi but it's not as good as the £5 (a day?) upgraded service, so you might want to be aware of that. Bathroom is ok, there's no delay running hot water but don't expect bath robes or any kind of extras beyond the standard three towel routine. But they have rooms with baths, which is good. There's a cheap, not free, carpark. All in all it was fine.

L'hotel è bello quando arrivate, ma le camere sono tatty e hanno bisogno di aggiornamento. Bagno bene ma indossato, riposo intorno alla piastra e al bagno. Colazione finita da 9.30 così non ha avuto la possibilità di provarlo. Pagato £75 che era bello come arrivato per il mercato di Natale così grande posizione ma non vorrebbe pagare più come non vale la pena

房間與價格算是匹配，12鎊的早餐不錯，比外面的實惠。在結算時出了問題，多算了兩晚房費，我發現後又回到酒店找工作人員退還，但是在最終回到銀行還是少了十幾鎊，也許是貨幣兑換差價？税？酒店郵箱地址錯誤，溝通不暢。攜程客服熱情，但是似乎效果不大。

We have just got home after having our wedding at the hotel, staying the night before and the night after, having breakfast each morning. Overall, we were delighted with the experience although there were some minor issues along the way, all of which were resolved. We started the wedding planning with the hotel in January, booking rooms and so forth. Between then and our wedding there were changes in staff that led to some issues but these were resolved swiftly by Louise, the hotel manager who was very proactive and efficient. The process of arranging the civil ceremony, the flowers, photography and cake was simpler because the suppliers all knew and had worked with the hotel beforehand. Communication at this level was really good. The choosing of menus and food was straightforward and we were able to customise with no problems. Come the day and everyone was impressed by the hotel team. We have to mention and praise Sennen, Minty and Izzy who worked non-stop to keep us and our three dozen guests fed and watered. We had the service in the Lombard Room which was light and airy with a lunchtime buffet in that room and dinner in the Winery, as well as post service drinks and canapes before the buffet. The chefs did a great job for both the lunchtime buffet and the evening sit down meal. Food arrived promptly and hot. The wines were generally praised as well as the food. Breakfasts were universally praised. You have to appreciate that this is a Georgian, listed building so there are constraints on what can be done. We were at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. I found the air conditioning controls less than intuitive (an instruction sheet would be useful) and its always a shame when windows can’t be opened. We were delighted with the whole experience and would have no problems recommending the hotel for a wedding venue. If you want just a cheap bed for the night, then it isn’t going to win that competition. But that is not what this hotel is about and if you recognise that, then we think you will enjoy it.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per il nostro anniversario di matrimonio per 2 notti, non siamo arrivati fino alle 6 pm la nostra prima notte, avevamo prenotato un tavolo nel ristorante Wellhouse che era situato a pochi passi dall'hotel principale. Ho ordinato ai Pork Burnt Ends di iniziare che erano deliziosi, poi abbiamo condiviso le ossa in un bicchiere di Porterhouse che è assolutamente incredibile, cucinato perfettamente e davvero carino con bella cavolo rosso, scusate, nessuna sala da pranzo. Abbiamo avuto un buon colazione prima di andare a scuola di cucina, che un evento favoloso, molto un dovere se si rimane a Lainston House. Dopo un'esigenza di camminare intorno ai campioni dell'hotel, ci siamo aspettati di cenare nel ristorante dell'Avenue, guidato dal capo capo Tom Hammblet, WOW WOW, che cibo estremamente piacevole con una tale perfezione mostrata su ogni piastra, Spero che il cuoco troverà presto una stella Michelin, migliore fortuna per lui e per la squadra.

Staff excellent especially Abby on Reception, so welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Perfect welcome. Spacious room, excellent bathroom spotlessly clean. Excellent location. Electric heater made room perfectly warm. Bar and entrance area excellent. Loved the style and quirkiness - reminded us of Canadian hotels ( quality of some much worse ) and Disney Wilderness Lodge. Perfect. Breakfast excellent. Dinner not so much. This is not a Boutique Hotel so perhaps the name Bespoke Hotels sets it up to fail, sadly. Yes it needs new mattresses and mattress covers are a MUST. Agree that dining room chairs need cleaning and much dusting required. It could be so much better - just TLC - But no where near as bad as the horrible reviews which nearly out us off. We Loved It !! Can't wait to come back....Thank You :) :) :)
