Hotel con piscina a Wilmington

Questa era la nostra prima volta in questo sonno, e anche se la stanza sembrava un po' piccola, non era così buona. I dipendenti di fronte erano eccellenti con le richieste di sapone e asciugamani, e è stato bello vedere che avevano un colazione piuttosto che un bagaglio per fare colazione alcuni motel stanno ancora consegnando. Aveva due macchine da waffle e anche una bambola di pancake di cioccolato, insieme a biscotti a microonde e burritos, cereali, frutta, pasticceria, ecc. La macchina del succo d'arancia ha rotto un giorno. E' stato bello vedere gli Stati Uniti oggi disponibili sul tavolo nel lobby.

My family and I stayed here for a last minute weekend trip to Wilmington. The location was perfect - easy walk to all the downtown area and riverfront district. Hotel was quiet, comfortable and clean. We experienced no issues with our room. Beds were comfortable and the ac unit was quiet. As always with all hotels, I did not like the pillows. Unfortunately I forgot mine at home. Bathroom/shower were clean and the room decor I thought was modern. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, greeted us and quick to assist. Even the valet staff were quick and friendly. Breakfast was normal free breakfast. Nothing spectacular but the basics were there. Pool is small but clean. We looked at the fitness room but did not use. It also looked clean. Great place for a weekend visit especially if you want to walk around town. Highly recommend.

Mio marito e io abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Ballast. È situato a pochi passi da fare, vedere e mangiare. Abbiamo trovato il personale amichevole e utile. La nostra stanza era molto pulita e confortante. Il bagno, puro, ha alcune caratteristiche uniche. Il bacino ha molto poca spazio tra il bacino e il fondo. Il comodo è estremamente basso al suolo. Lo trovammo molto strano. Rimaneremmo a chiedere una stanza di vista sull'acqua.

Il servizio era abbastanza buono. Ogni volta che chiamavo il front office per ulteriori asciugamani o avevo bisogno di aiuto per qualsiasi cosa, loro erano lì per rispondere e si muovevano rapidamente. L'edificio e le strutture generali sono belle! Sono abbastanza sicuro che sia un edificio più recente. È stato davvero un buon soggiorno nel complesso, questo potrebbe essere il miglior hotel di Wilmington.

La camera era un po’ piccola per un letto di grandezza re, e c’era una fuga dal bagno, quindi siamo stati trasferiti in una stanza diversa, quindi nonostante la difficoltà di trasferire ci è stato compensato un soggiorno di notte libero e alcuni punti Bonvoi Marriott. La piscina era molto pulita e l'acqua era una bella temperatura, il barista era particolarmente bella e tutti gli altri servizi erano molto gentili e cordiali.

This might be weird to comment on but I loved the bathroom in my room at this hotel! It was well stocked with towels, had plenty of hooks and rods to hang stuff on, and lots of surface area and shelving for my hair and beauty supplies. I was camped out there for a few days while my dad was in the hospital and I could not be more grateful for the kind and caring staff. They tended to my needs including extending my stay when I learned my dad would be there a few more days and fixing my key cards proactively so I wouldn't have trouble coming and going. The free breakfast and other little details allowed me to focus on my dad. Thanks so much!

Ho avuto il piacere di rimanere qui spesso negli ultimi anni, così come molti dei miei colleghi di lavoro, e ho soggiornato in molti hotel in tutta l'est degli Stati Uniti, ma nessuno ha confrontato questo. L'hotel è grande, le camere sono spaziose e pulite, tutto è grande... ma quello che lo separa è davvero la gente. Prima di me c'era una signora che si lamentava di un rumore che altri ospiti facevano e Sam faceva un lavoro incredibile, mantenendo la sua composizione e parlando con lei professionale e gentile. Come ho detto, mi fermo spesso. Nel mio soggiorno più recente, lei è andata fino a lasciarmi un sacchetto di boniette con una nota personale. Non potevo essere più felice con questo hotel e lo consiglierei a nessuno!
