Non posso credere che non sia stato più alto nei rating, ma è un nuovo punto di vista, quindi è appena iniziato a ricevere recensioni, non riesco a immaginare di rimanere altrove. Questo hotel è un nuovo hotel a Douglas, la strada principale, con un buon accesso per auto o a piedi alla maggior parte di ciò che vuoi vedere. La stanza è grande, come il servizio, ma la parte migliore è la facile accesso a piedi nel centro e cose come il fiume. Inoltre, ci sono stati diversi grandi ristoranti che sono stati facilmente raggiunti da qui. Infine, il colazione qui era fantastico. Mi è stato detto che potevo parcheggiare in strada finche' non ero andato alle 9:00 e avevo un grande spazio proprio davanti all'hotel. Mi piaceva stare qui e lo consiglio molto.

Hotel molto bello soprattutto per i soldi. Molto spaziosa suite re con un soggiorno e camera da letto separata. Bello lobby. Personale amichevole. La mia unica denuncia è il parcheggio. Ci sono stati grandi camion parcheggiati nel lotto ogni giorno. Camionetti da boxe, rimorchi di trattori e pickup con rimorchi lunghi, alcuni dei quali erano parcheggiati alla parte posteriore del lotto sul lato meridionale dove dovevano essere. C'è un gran numero di posti vacanti vicino alla porta dove potevano essere parcheggiati, ma la maggior parte dei quali erano parcheggiati nella parte principale. Il jackwad nella foto ha deciso di essere speciale e si trova a prendere otto (8) stazioni di parcheggio in modo che possa parcheggiare il suo ridicolo camion e rimorchio solo pochi passi dalla porta anteriore. Spero che tu sia rimasto bloccato e non potessi muoversi per ore grazie alle auto parcheggiate davanti e dietro di te. All'hotel: andrei cinque stelle se il parcheggio fosse migliore. Credo davvero che il semplice comando sia assicurarsi che i camion grandi non si scaldano i punti chiusi. Se non si può adattare in un'unica stalla, non è necessario essere nella parte principale a est.

I like to give good reviews. I like to give folks the benefit of the doubt on things. I will try and be balanced with this review. When I first walked in, I was greeted by the stench of cigarette smoke. Not a good start. The front desk clerk was not rude. He was cordial, but not overly friendly. Check in was smooth. I was not recognized as a Diamond Choice Rewards member. Not a huge deal, but other properties are good about that. No business center, but the clerk was very kind to make copies for me and did so quickly. On to the room. The positives - very spacious and a decent work area. The bed seemed clean and had no bed bugs - I checked. It was pretty easy to keep the room temperature consistent. Negatives - Hair in the tub. Need to do a better job. The carpet is ancient and showing lots of wear. There was peeling paint in the bathroom. Behind the entry door to the room was debris that looked to have been there for a long time. There were also ”interesting” characters hanging around the motel. I don't get intimidated, but I could see how some folks would. The motel is obviously in need of an upgrade to bring it up to Choice standards. It's just not there. I would probably stay again, but I would never allow my wife to stay there or even have her stay there with me. It's just not good enough. The place has potential, but it just isn't living up to high standards.
