Ci siamo incontrati a Marriott per una festa di anni 80 e una riunione familiare. Le camere e le suite erano in stato di prigione. Il personale del desk front era sorprendente e ospitante - Kaitie, Carly, Roman e Neema hanno fatto un lavoro eccellente. Prima di partire, presumibilmente chiamare un servizio di riparazione dell'ascensore. Circa dieci minuti dopo ho chiamato di nuovo il dipartimento di fronte per controllare lo stato dell'equipaggio di riparazione. Quando ho chiesto quanto tempo ci vorrebbe per arrivare, mi hanno rifiutato di dire quale fosse l'equipaggio di riparazione. ”Poco prima”, diceva (poco dopo, potevo sentire qualcuno di background dire 30 minuti), dandoci un vago ”presto”. Invece di aiutarci e il nostro bambino, i membri del personale del desk ci lasciarono da soli nel loro ascensore fino a quando un ospite ci trovava e poteva liberarci. Quando finalmente siamo tornati nella nostra stanza, ho chiamato immediatamente il cameriere. Quando le ho detto che eravamo liberi, aveva l'audacia di arrabbiarsi con me, dicendoci che la squadra di riparazione ”è già in viaggio”. Si rifiutò di discutere di un rimborso, dicendoci che avevamo bisogno di chiedere un rimborso al checkout. Quando abbiamo controllato, ho chiesto il nostro rimborso, come mi avevano ordinato. Il direttore di checkout non ha potuto trattare il nostro rimborso, dicendoci invece di contattare il direttore generale (che avevo postato la notte prima del giudizio), circa 12 ore dopo (quasi 24 ore dopo essere stato catturato) , finalmente sono riuscito a contattare il direttore generale (chiamate telefoniche, messaggi di testo, e email sono stati tutti risposte insoddisfatte). Ancora una volta mi sono stato dato un vago impegno di ”controllare”. A partire da oggi, quasi 48 ore dopo essere stato trappolato nel loro ascensore difettoso, Sto ancora aspettando un rimborso e scusa.TLDR: Non restare qui!

Le donne al desk mi aiutarono molto, quando ho avuto problemi con la mia macchina da noleggio. La stanza era grossa, ma questo era davvero disgustoso. Hanno dimenticato solo le mutandine nella nostra stanza. Ho chiamato la mattina, ma il nervoso non si è scusato.

Do the designers ever stay in their own hotel? This is a brand new hotel by one of the biggest hotel chains in the world with decades of history, research and development baffles me how things like this can keep going on. First of all, there are no USB charging jacks on the nightstands! This is a new hotel, and it is a sin not to have them. There is no shelf in the shower to set anything. You are forced to use the toilet lid. The refrigerator is an afterthought randomly sitting on the floor underneath the bathroom sink There is a hanging light/dust collector over the vanity. I’m sure housekeeping cleans this regularly. 🤣 There is a light in the shower, but nothing over the toilet. So if you the type of person who reads, you should bring a flashlight. The adjoining doors are next to the bed, instead of being next to the bathroom/hallway. It would’ve given a little bit more privacy to the bedroom area if they’ve been moved back a few feet. They could also move the thermostat to the hallway/ bathroom area instead of having next to the bed. There is a bright LED light on it, that shines in your face all night as you’re sleeping. They have blackout shades in the room that work perfectly, you could sleep all day and not know the sun is out. Unfortunately there are no privacy sheer curtains. You either have no knowledge of the outside world or are on full display of the construction workers next door and the people in the parking lot. Speaking of parking lot, the covered entrance to the hotel is in no way connected to the parking lot. You have to go to the main road, make a U turn to go to their parking. Then only to find out the side door requires a keycard to get in, that doesn’t work. When you’re in the parking lot, in the morning, usually right around check out time, the sprinklers turn on and saturate everything around you, your vehicle and the sidewalks. There is a sliding door between the bathroom and the sink which is hard to open. I would imagine young children and elderly people would not be able to do that. Don’t get me wrong, these are all first world problems. The hotel is nice and clean, brand new, and the staff are fantastic. It’s just very frustrating trying to live here and be comfortable.

We stopped here on our way back home from Spring Break. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and attentive. After getting settled in our room we went down to the pool. The hot tub was more like sitting in warm bath water and the water was murky. There is very limited seating for those not getting in the water. Our room seemed partially updated. The flooring was in poor shape. The area right inside the door is hard flooring and was incredibly sticky--like someone before us spilled a soda and wiped it up with napkins. The transition ***** to the carpet was loose and flopping around. The carpet seemed clean but looked old. The beds were newer and very comfortable but the pillows were very flat. We paid extra for breakfast to be included and were disappointed. We were in a hurry to get back on the road so opted for the buffet which was very limited. The scrambled eggs were luke warm and relatively tasteless. The only other warm options were hash browns (which we didn't try), bacon and sausage. The bacon and sausage were tasty. We had higher expectations for the hotel and the friendly staff and comfortable beds were about the only positives. We likely won't stay here again.

Friendly staff. Clean quiet atmosphere, breakfast was great, always fully stocked. Price was a little high for the area but was worth it. Only negative thing was not having any vending machines, had to walk all the way to the front every time we needed a water.
