We ended up having to come to this hotel location after our car broke down on 91 in Vermont at 1 o’clock in the morning. We got here after being towed at 5:15 and it took almost 40 minutes to check into a room that we had called about ahead of time. The receptionist was unable to use the computer properly couldn’t get it loaded, and told my husband we would have to leave and find somewhere else to stay. This was at 5:45 in the morning. I understand that the young lady was doing the best that she could but, perhaps management should ensure that their employees are sufficiently trained. My husband finally went online and booked through the online app so we were able to get into our room, after almost an hour. I was waiting outside with luggage and our 2 dogs. The room itself needs a lot of work, the decoration, lamps, and bathroom fixtures are shabby. The humidifier on the air conditioner made the floor carpet wet. To top it off there were bottles of water in the room that were free to members, but two dollars to everyone else. For the amount of money that this room cost, I would think that they would at least give you a bottle of water. As I said, unfortunately we came here because we had no other options, but I would suggest that you plan ahead and look to possibly stay somewhere else. Maybe that’s why this was the only place available.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in White River Jct, VT. The rooms were immaculate and had everything we needed. The pool and the gym also were great. The best part was the breakfast. The crew put out a hot breakfast that was really hot and always refilled as was the coffee. My only problem was their pet policy. Two dogs had the 2nd floor to run back and forth. We were afraid to leave until they were put back on a leash as one of them jumped on my adult son. Very bad policy. No such thing as rooms reserved for pets. all rooms are used owners with pets. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Il GM è arrivato venerdì sera e ha trovato che la stanza 227 non aveva calore. Il meglio che poteva fare era darmi un cappello extra e ”avere una risposta di manutenzione a 9AM Sabato mattina. ' Quando ho chiesto un'altra stanza, nessuno era disponibile, nessuno era disponibile, nessuno era disponibile. Chiesto se ＞I ＜ acquistato un riscaldatore portatile potevano toglierlo dalla mia fattura. GM ha dichiarato che non poteva, ha dichiarato che il suo bilancio non le permetteva di acquistare riscaldatori portatili. Ha girato il riscaldatore che spruzzava l'aria fredda e ha coperto sotto un cavo extra.. È stato lasciato a 8AM Sabato, ma ha dato il desktop permesso di avere manutenzione entrare nella stanza mentre ero andato. Tornato al 8PM per trovare il riscaldatore che scioglie l'aria fredda ancora una volta. La persona del desk front non poteva fare nulla. al 9AM Domenica sono tornato al desk front, ma è stato detto al GM che non potevo vedermi perché Era ”lavatrice”. Tornava nella stanza e trovava il riscaldatore che si rivolse e lavorava, ma appena prima che io esca. Chiamato Hotels.com a lamentarsi, ma l'hotel ha detto che ”ho continuato accidentalmente a chiudere il mio riscaldamento. Quindi alla fine, NON SONO UNA PIACCA DI MENTI. Evitare questo hotel a tutti i costi! E anche io eviterò HOTELS.COM!

Molto pulito e ben mantenuto. Mi piaceva assolutamente ogni singolo sec. Due beds di colazione era ok caffè era grande. Si consiglia assolutamente di gettare è a tutti

La nostra camera ha un posto in fiamme e una sedia di massaggio, l'intero hotel era bellissimo (schi-logging) e avevano una piscina all'interno.

The airport is close by and the shopping area is as well . I felt safe parking my car over night. The gym is small but good enough. The pool is outside so effected by the weather. If you are visiting I'd stay there because people just don't happen to be around. It's a great hiding spot

I have stayed here a few times before in addition to the nearby Courtyard. I think that these places are a bit pricey for what you get. Location is great! Near the DHMC campus as well as downtown Hanover and Dartmouth College. Also located next to a small ***** mall with a nice coop grocery store. However, I found this place to be dreary and dated. The room was OK with the typical Residence Inn layout. Despite some new furniture, there was a chair that was worn, tattered and ready for the dumpster. They have eliminated the small gas fireplaces. Honestly, not a bad thing as they were not a heat source but another pathetic decor. Kitchen was well stocked and looked good. Bathroom had the standard amenities but found it could have used a good cleaning. Breakfast was OK…the usual RI fare…just wish the could have more healthier options. Staff are solid and work hard to please the customer. There was a snowstorm the night of the stay. It would have been nice to find the parking lot plowed. Got up to slippin and a slidin all over the parking lot. Note: the mall next door was already plowed out.
