What a lovely stay. Lots of little details that made our stay so lovely from fantastic communication pre-arrival to a friendly welcome from the hotel hosts, fresh baked muffins, advice on restaurants and walks and an absolutely delicious cooked breakfast. The rooms are light, clean and extremely comfortable bed. Location fabulous with direct access to the beach, harbour and town centre . Lovely to wake up and be able to see the sea! I would 100% recommend no.98 boutique hotel to anybody. Thank you for making our stay so lovely .

Suzanne and Derek's warm welcome to their wonderful hotel was a great start to our few days in lovely Weymouth. The hotel has in in a smashing location and although there is not parking through the hotel, there is very reasonably priced parking available very close by. The room and adjoining bathroom were nicely decorated with a crisp, bright seaside decor, spotlessly clean and the room was lovely and quiet. We were lucky enough to get a room with a sea view, which was just great! The breakfast was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented and they kindly catered for my husband who is a vegan. It's a lovely place to stay and Derek has a really interesting knowledge of history of the buildings locally and the surrounding area. Would defiantly recommend. Five Stars!

Amazing hotel. The room we stayed in (6l had an amazing view of the sea front and historic clock! You couldn't ask for more welcoming or obliging guests. They made us feel welcome and valued and offered great local knowledge and advice regarding restaurants etc. The welcome cup cakes I. The room were delicious and thoughtful touch. The room and hotel as a whole is decorated with love and tattoo detail. I would highly recommend if you are looking stay in the Weymouth area.

Derek and staff were the loveliest people we have met! It was such a lovely hotel, warm and inviting ! Comfy bed and great facilities ! A step away from Weymouth beach which was so handy! Breakfast time was my favourite as our chats with Derek and his team made a great start to the day! and the food was so delicious! We will definetly return to this hotel!

A little Gem of a B&B,great central location,pleasant rooms,tasty breakfasts and a very warm welcome from Derek and Suzanne. Special mention too for the homemade Lemon Drizzle cake that was available to sample on our return from an evening out!! Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon.

Amazing rooms and view, fantastic hosts and superb breakfast. We visited in November and came back in march, this is the only place we will stay in Weymouth as it’s lovely. Rooms all have king sized beds and are spotless . Tea and coffee in all rooms and you book a slot for breakfast that suits you so you have a fresh cooked breakfast. Loads of choice and plenty of fresh hot toast.

A friendly welcome awaits you at this lovely boutique hotel. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Breakfast was superb with so much choice including a veggie option all cooked to perfection. Situated just opposite the beach and beautifully decorated with a beach theme colour palette the whole vibe of this little gem is so relaxing. We will be back!

We had a lovely relaxing weekend at No 98. Derek made us feel very welcome & was very knowledgable about the surrounding area. The hotel is decorated perfectly to reflect being by the seaside. Our bed was so comfortable & we had lots of tasty breakfast choices.

5 star boutique hotel full of character, and joy. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and inviting. We slept well and woke to a wonderful view of the sea, and an even better breakfast. The hotel is opposite the famous clock tower and across the road to the sea. Perfect location for visiting Weymouth and all its attractions. We will definitely stay here again.
