West Valley City: i migliori hotel con palestra

Property is located within walking distance from the TRAX train station. The outside was clean and hotel is easy to get to . The room was very roomy and clean with a big bathroom. Bed and pillows provided a great night of sleep. The real reason for my rating is the customer service which was outstanding. I was checked in by Madeleine who was very courteous and professional. She has a wonderful personality and answered all my questions. She recognized my Hilton Honors status and invited me to the hotel’s parent company’s birthday celebration they were having at the hotel. Just a joy to be greeted by her. I found that the shuttle bus drivers were equally helpful and friendly. Even though the property is a little dated, it was the customer service that really stood out and made my stay enjoyable…especially the friendly smile from Madeleine. Would definitely stay here again.

Per un hotel Best Western Chain, questo hotel è come un super 8. Non abbiamo avuto una buona notte di sonno. Il letto era così incomodo. Potrebbe sentire le fonti e sentire le fonti popping. Personale sconveniente. Né microonde da nessuna parte. Nessun succo d'arancia, nessun cioccolato, nessun caffè, nessun acqua calda al mattino per colazione o per ospiti in lobby.

Questo Comfort Inn è molto conveniente per l'autostrada. Ci sono diversi ristoranti a passeggiata dall'hotel. La mia stanza (#310) sul terzo piano era in realtà dietro gli alberi davanti all'hotel nella foto che usano. Gli alberi lo fecero molto privato e la sera un gruppo di uccelli volavano per farla scendere la notte! La stanza e il bagno erano molto puliti. L'hotel mostra alcuni segni di indossamento, ma non troppo male. Una cosa che non mi piaceva era che il caffè era vicino al bacino sul contatore della bagno, quindi non lascia molto spazio per i bagni, ecc. Dovrebbero spostarlo in un altro luogo. Il colazione non era così grande, ma va bene. Hanno offerto waffle, uova prefabbricate, salsa, yogurt, cereali, bacche e muffin, ma non ci sono abbastanza posti per sedersi e mangiare colazione e non vogliono che tu tolga il cibo dall'area di lobby. Le donne dietro il desk sono amiche e cortese, e rimarrei qui se avessi un bilancio.

Siamo venuti qui per un soggiorno. Molto eccitato di esperimentare la piscina. Le camere erano molto belle. Tuttavia, ero deluso con la zona della piscina. Sembra che gli hotel che gestiscono la piscina si sono arresi sulla manutenzione e la stanno lasciando andare a sprecare. La colazione era buona. Gli servivano una zona più grande. Non sapevamo dove sedersi o mettere il cibo. Abbiamo finito in camera per finire la cena. Il servizio era buono. Tutti gli altri erano in grado di accedere, ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare 40+ per ottenere la nostra stanza, anche se eravamo qui prima. Se stai venendo a prendere la piscina... risparmiati i soldi e andare da qualche parte piu' bello.

Il servizio clienti era di prima classe. Sorry a Starr per aiutarci con letteralmente tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Questo enorme patrimonio per questa compagnia. Amore il nostro soggiorno. Pulizia comoda e facilmente accessibile per la destinazione, il negozio di liquori, un pub ecc.

Stayed for 2 nights with multiple rooms and family, including kids. We made reservations last-minute, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful in getting us checked in quickly and easily. Staff were all masked (most guests were not). Kids used the pool; it was clean and warm, if a bit small, so can get pretty crowded. The breakfast has cold and hot options, waffles and fresh fruit and good coffee. Our room was large and very clean. Two queen beds, a large sofa in a separate sitting area, lots of little storage nooks, and lots of area for unpacking and spreading out. Bathroom is REALLY big and clean. Has a sliding frosted glass door, so lets a little light bleed through at night. Lots of regular and USB outlets. Reading lights on the beds. One small complaint is that our TV was in the sitting area, so difficult to see from the farther bed. Not sure if all rooms are set up like that. Comfortable temperature, good water pressure. Beds are super comfy. Sofa easily big enough to sleep a teenager. Not much noise from other guests even though we were across from the elevator. Our 2nd floor room overlooked the shopping center (it was either that or the freeway), but the windows and blinds blocked most light and noise. Lots of free parking. If it wasn’t a pandemic we’d have enjoyed having a movie theater and bowling alley just steps away. Easy access from the freeway. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Nice to have everything new and clean and modern. Highly recommend.
