West Sacramento: i migliori hotel con palestra

We stayed at this hotel with a baseball team that was in the area for a tournament. The sales staff (Christina) worked with us to get a group rate for the team and families. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by wonderful front desk staff (Arleny) that not only had all of our keys already set up for us prior to arrival, but had bags with water and snacks for each of our players and coaches. The hotel rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. When we came down for breakfast, everything was well stocked, including the bacon! That isn't always the case in hotels we've stayed at before. And the breakfast area was kept exceptionally clean. All of our players said that the breakfast at this hotel was much better than the location we stayed at the previous year (Shout out to Toni who was running the breakfast area). We hope to return to this same tournament next year and you bet we will be staying at this hotel.

La stanza era pulita, il piombo e la doccia erano buoni. Non abbiamo usato le strutture o abbiamo fatto colazione. Check-in rapido, personale cortese. A/C nel lobby è stato rotto durante l'onda di calore, il personale mantiene il loro raffreddore mentre il lobby dell'hotel non lo ha fatto. I seggi di ufficio nelle stanze hanno bisogno di sostituzione. Internet bene. Ascensori OK.

NO SLEEP! NO AC! Stay Away! We were here for one night and paid $200 for this dreadful 2-star property. It looks like nice enough on the surface, but that superficial veneer is soon shattered. The bed was a saggy back-breaking torture device. Your spine will not soon recover from your stay. The AC worked well enough until we tried to turn it off. Maintenance could not get the thermostat to work either; she yanked the entire cover off of the AC unit and disconnected something inside. She said it might be the thermostat battery. So why not simply replace it??? By 2am it was so hot in our room on the fourth floor, I tried to turn on just the fan, but the entire system had been disabled. Tried to open the window, but only opens 2 INCHES! It was suffocatingly stuffy and hot in the room. At 4 o’clock in the morning some awful rumbling started; the windows were actually vibrating. I got up and looked out the window. Apparently, they are next door to a massive big rig trucking hub. At 4am they turn on the engine of every single truck there and just let them idle for hours until they’re needed—that night there were 14 deafening diesel monsters. It was so bad I left my husband in the bed and crawled over to the sofa. A truly, truly horrible experience. What made matters even worse was when I spoke with Terry Stewart on the phone, the property’s sales manager, after we had returned home. He was defensive, pissy and utterly unhelpful. I realize they have no control over their neighbors, however, all we asked for was a QUIET room— that was our ONLY request. They could’ve put us on the other side of the hotel away from the entire fleet of NOISY diesel big rigs. His response to the problem with the AC was to get very hostile and aggressively demand “You told them to turn it off!!!!! Right, right? DIDN’T YOU!!!!!!??????” No, I didn’t. I asked them to FIX it so we had control over the room temperature for the duration of our night. This location is absolute rubbish. Management is hostile and rude if you have an issue. Stay away. If you require Springhill Suites, there’s another one less than 10 minutes away that’s more highly rated and must be quieter.

Abbiamo avuto un grande soggiorno 2-night in questo hotel. Il personale era amichevole, benvenuto e professionale. Hanno fatto il passo extra quando avevamo bisogno di cose. Parcheggio era facile. L'iscrizione era veloce. Il lobby è grande, ben progettato e comodo. Il colazione era semplice. Il caffè era pronto all’inizio della mattina. Le camere erano pulite e ben progettate. Ci erano piatti e gabinetti, molte camere in tutti i posti giusti. La cucina serviva il suo scopo. I letti erano comodi. Quando ci chiese di prenderli, ci portarono delle piastrelle extra. Infine, l'hotel si trova convenientemente vicino al ponte della Torre dal centro di Sacramento, facile da raggiungere con bicicletta, auto o a piedi. Ho fatto un paio di passi nel quartiere e non mi sono mai sentito insafe.È un bel posto per stare per qualche notte e rimarremo certamente lì quando torneremo.
