The positive thing about the hotel is that it is newly renovated, and the facility is mostly clean. However, we arrived in the late afternoon after a very long drive and could not find the lady at the front desk, it took her almost 15 minutes to arrived and do our check-in. We booked 2 rooms, one room smelled very bad. They called the guy to clean the room and spray some good smell - but it didn't help. We had to buy air refresher.
At check in we were told that they clean every 3 days, after 4 days I asked about cleaning and was told only after 4 days, and per request- so I requested and cleaning was amazing, but it was the only time they cleaned our room in the 9 nights we were there. Every day we had to ask for clean towels, and everyday the same story, they didn't have, and we had to explain why we need it, most of the days we got pool towels because they didn't have clean ones. Asking for towels was uncomfortable and it always felt like a huge issue for them, same for toilet paper, which we had to ask for - every time.
Internet was extremely slow.
All in all - I was very disappointed with the service. It was an expensive hotel, and the service was just bad!
