Everything was much less than average except customer service. It seems the hotel does not have a consistent process to ensure simple necessities are in place.
1 - There was a lack of water pressure in original room; had to change room.
2 - One day, all towels were removed from room and room was not made. Came back to room that evening to find their zero towels. I had to request from the front desk.
3 - Toilet paper was lower one night. Next day, room was made but toilet paper not replenished. Ran out of toilet paper that night. I had to request a roll from the front desk.
4 - Went to pool one afternoon. Total of 7 guests there, including two kids. 4 adults were smoking; I was told at check-in that it was a no smoking hotel. Mentioned to front desk person who happened to be walking by as I was returning to my room. When I came back to pool minutes later, the guests at the pool were still smoking.
5 - No body lotion in the room.
