Average clean hotel slightly outside the CBD and the Free Tram Zone. Hotel itself feels more like a hostel, but the room was clean and the bathroom recently renovated. For the price overall decent.

Well located just outside CBD but convenient and quiet. Most of all full amenities provided for comfort kettle and coffee tea as well as hair dryer. Reasonable size of room with sun block curtain. There are diverse of international restaurants to suit all. Victoria market is just 4 stops tram away. Daily housekeeping, shared kitchen and self laundry service are available too.

It is an ok place to stay if your budget does not allow you to pay for something else, but it was clean place and close to some attractions

This was my second visit to this hotel. It’s quiet, comfortable, has all the amenities, including a kitchen and laundry, and terrific staff. The hotel is in an interesting old part of Melbourne, near Queen Victoria market, 2 supermarkets and several restaurants. You can get a nearby tram into the city or walk to North Melbourne or Flagstaff railway stations. It’s about a 15 minute walk from Southern cross station. Although it was winter I was warm.

The hotel is close to CBD, small cosy and clean room. It’s 2 storey hotel with no lift.

Good impression

Hotel war ganz ok für den Preis in Melbourne. Da kann man nicht viel erwarten. Einzige was störend war, waren die dünnen Wände es war sehr hellhörig und man hat jede Tür zuknallen gehört weil man diese nicht anders schließen konnte. Das Team war super hilfsbereit und extrem nett. Das hotel liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum aber mit der Free Tram Zone kann man kostenlos direkt in die City fahren.

조용하고 여유로운데 근처에 맛집과 마트도 있어서 좋아요 ㅎㅎ 시내쪽은 시끄럽고 그런데 여기는 조용해서 좋았어요 ㅎㅎㅎ

中規中矩的飯店，房間像是一個凸字型，整體的設計不是非常喜歡，但衛生方面還算乾淨，房間不大，也沒有書桌，吃東西不太方便，但自己一個人住還算ok

性價比很棒的酒店了，位置也很好，有自助洗衣機/烘衣機，需要準備2刀的硬幣

幾乎是墨爾本市區最便宜的旅館了 如果兩個人住一間雙人房 每個人平均的價錢其實不會比青旅貴 而且有24小時的前台服務 免費的毛巾、行李寄存 房間都有空調 也有冰箱跟盥洗用品 需要自己備牙刷 總體而言經濟實惠

바로 근처에 플린더스 스트리트 역까지 가는 트램이 있어 이동하기 편리했습니다. 직원분도 친절하셨고, 방이 넓어 편하게 숙박할 수 있었습니다.

在墨爾本來説性價比算比較好高了，不管留意位置不在free zone裏，稍微有點點不方便，不過問題不大。附近有Aldi 大概五分鐘步行。

住過很多次，每次來墨爾本都會住這裡。一切都很棒！非常推薦。雖然離city 遠了一點，但是附近有路面電車，班次也很多，交通非常便利。
