I recently stayed at Harris Hotel Puri Mansion. The room was spacious and comfortable—ideal for families or groups of friends. However, there were several aspects of the stay that could be improved. First, there were quite a lot of ants in the room, which was unpleasant. The layout of the hotel was also a bit awkward. The lift doesn’t connect directly to the swimming pool or café area. To get to breakfast, you have to take the lift to the lobby, then take an escalator down to the café—definitely not the most convenient setup. Another major downside was the lift itself. Although both lifts were supposedly operating, the waiting time were extremely long—felt like only one was working. It was frustrating having to wait so long every time we needed to go up or down. Lastly, the hotel is located a bit of a drive away from the main road, so it’s not the most accessible if you’re on foot or relying on public transport. Overall, while the room is suitable for small groups and families, the stay had a few inconveniences that affected the overall experience.

Its a good hotel and can be better , service is good . Only location is not for some one without transportation, walk to every where is too far, food in the pub is excellent.

The free dinner and breakfast is disappointing. Will not include them for my next stay. Otherwise, the room, gym, and swimming pool is decent. Located strategically in West Jakarta, near shopping malls and the international airport.

The receptionist wasn't very friendly when i checked in, or maybe he was just too tired because of the fasting month. The sliding door to the bathroom doesn't lock properly. The TV's wifi was not connected. However, the maintenance crew was very responsive and tried very hard to fix it and still couldn't get it worked.

The hotel have 2 lobby, which are the main lobby and the basement lobby. The main lobby only took us 1 mins from the entrance, and the basement lobby took us 5 mins to arrive. It is unfortunate that the main lobby only available for car user, eventhough there are hotel guest who used bike just to drop off. We paid with the same amount of money, therefore have the rights to get the same treatment. Harris Hotel as 4 star hotel, should not focus only on the image, but also focusing on the customers service, and should have the flexibility to think whats best depend on the condition. Facility is very basic, and back again need to be more flexible (the hotel is within the apartment Puri Mansion), in which the apartment have tennis court, and empty almost all the time, and we cant use it.

Cozy place with fairly nice amenities. Breakfast was ok. Rooms was smaallish but all creature comforts provided. Bit worn out / dirty on the edges especially carpets.

I stayed for two nights. On the first night, the TV suddenly came on at midnight. I jumped up in shock and turned the TV off. Some 10-15 mins later, the TV came on again. I turned it off again. It happened third time. After turning the TV off, I decided to take out the room card from the room controller. But this meant that there was no aircon through the night. It also took a while to get back to sleep from the initial shock. Then at around 4am, sound of prayers came through the windows and I stayed awake almost through the whole prayer session. The windows are poorly insulated. That meant I slept for less than 5 hours. I feedback to the reception in the morning about the TV. At night, on the assurance that the issue was fixed, I jumped up again at midnight when the TV came on. After some trial and error, I discovered that the TV does not turn on automatically if I keep the room lights on. It was challenging to sleep with the lights on but I eventually did, only to be woken up at 4am. the two nights stay had been a poor experience. Also, the towel on the first night was rather dated with frays at the seams. Time to replace the towels.
