I must say I enjoyed my stay at your organization to the fullest 😊 but the only problem or fault I have is that they are too many chipped plates that are use to service meals .

Struttura ordinata e pulita, la migliore sistemazione è la palazzina a sud di recente costruzione, all'estrema destra del resort.
Il personale simpatico e disponibile, ma alcune cose avrebbero bisogno di essere riviste
ma da parte della proprietà/direzione:
nota dolente il ristorante, attualmente sito al chiuso, illuminato co luci fioche, quando ci sarebbe la possibilità di posizionarlo in una struttura in legno adiacente di nuova costruzione.
Il buffet molto basico, 6 portate a scelta, a seconda del numero di ospiti presenti viene upgradato, frutta solo alla mattina...
Musica mai presente.
"Cenone" e festa di capodanno le stesse solite pietanze, ma servite in terrazza, musica dal vivo finita per le 10:00 pm poi null'altro.
Avevo scelto questa struttura perché il Legend (struttura della stessa proprietà ma sita su 7 miles beach) a dire dalle recensioni era più trasandata, andandoci quasi ogni giorno con la navetta gratuita lo posizionerei allo stesso livello, anche per il buffet, lì però almeno si respira un po' più di spirito Jam.
Basterebbero poche cose per rendere il soggiorno più gradevole, un po' più di luci, un po' di musica, colore... insomma più allegria.
Un ultima cosa: a chi interessasse il ristorante pizzeria di fronte al resort chiude anch'esso alle 21:00.

I did not like anything about the property, it worst place I ever been to, Dirty sheet they never changed the sheet they put the same one back on
, that is nasty
We pay over Thousand US dollars and even a bottle of water
I was wondering what we pay for just the room?
The towel was bad color looking
We have to wait for a hold day for towel
This is what u call scamming
The front desk staff is not friendly
I traveled so many places around the world and stay in hotels this is the worst
Never again

Plus- Arrived late was accommodated vey well. Staff was friendly. Negative- Our second day we saw a rat in the room and had to move to the other side. I did not think the garden rooms were actually garden like. It’s a NO for me! That was fortunately our last night. Was not looking for a come up, but was offered nothing for the inconvenience or disruption.

Relaxed but daily shuttle to Legends and 7 mile beach and shopping. Only complaint for hotel is wish they would contract with someone for laundry service. Also, hopefully government or tourism board fines a way to build a sidewalk to make walking more safe around the area. Overall, a great experience and hotel.

The exterior of the resort is beautiful. The rooms are not so nice though. There very old, dark and small. I heard the resort was renovated in 2020 but our rooms definitely weren’t. The outside is because and very relaxing though. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good

Rented the older part (#111), all inclusive for 2 weeks. There was a severe storm that did a lot of damage. Management and staff was quick in repairing the damage and keeping guests safe.
My review is for the time before the storm:
The grounds are wonderful, there is diving off the cliffs and 2 pools. Like many reviews mention this is for the traveler who seeks a peaceful environment. There is one restaurant upstairs that serves buffet style for all inclusive guests as well as a la carte. We liked the food a lot. But they keep it simple and authentic. Downstairs is a bar, open 10 to 10pm. Twice a week there is a live band. If you want animation and party time go elsewhere.
Since the hotel is small we got to meet our fellow travelers. There where many that keep coming back.
Bed was comfortable, on the firm side. Upon request I got shampoo.
We had a wonderful large porch area where we could smoke ....
Towels are an issue.....some need to be thrown out. Honorable mention:
Tina, Kendrick, the cooks upstairs!

Overall, I had a lovely stay at Samsara. The staff were wonderfully friendly and the garden bungalow was perfect for my basic needs. The property as a whole, particularly the pool and cliff areas, seem slightly unfinished. This wasn't necessarily bothersome but did make me wonder just how beautiful it could be with a little more investment & freshening up.
