Didn't actually stay here as I choose the wrong date and was really gutted as couldn't get a refund

The staff were very friendly, welcoming & very efficient. They took the time to go out of their way to make us comfortable. The lift & room was just a little bit older around the edges, but still very good! The bed was heavenly-soft & lovely, we just wish we'd had time to rest & relax more than one night in Wellington!

Really comfy beds and amazing view of the city, whilst being far enough out to enjoy strolls along the waterfront and beach at Oriental Bay

The hotel shows its age and is quite ‘well used’, however the location is good and room comfortable.

Building old and in need of renovations. No parking for all the guests and if you lucky to get a parking it’s $50 per day! Restaurant fully booked both nights… No hot water in the shower had to go find a Manager to assist. Overall Not bad, but not what we expected from the pictures on the website

It was a good stay. The location was great and the view was excellent. I would come back again.

Great location, very close to the city center with good dining options nearby. However, the hotel facilities are quite old and outdated. During check-in, we had to switch elevators on the 7th floor, due to maintenance, which was inconvenient as we had to walk up to the 9th floor. Apart from that, everything else was fine. 设施：老旧 环境：一般 卫生：一般 服务：好 总体一般 就是占了个位置好风景好

Good place to stay but don't expect much on their breakfast buffet.
