The main issue with this hotel was the rather dated rooms, the whole place needs a thorough overhaul, in our case the windows would not close properly and our first night in Wellington was very very windy and the noise and draft coming through the window was intense. Called the night manager who was sympathetic but was unable to offer us an alternative room ( we were on level 9 ). In the end we were supplied with a roll of duct tape which I taped around the window frame. It helped but not a lot.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Check in was a breeze, and we were allocated a room as requested, in a quiet zone of the hotel. Although on a steep hill, the elevator down the street level was a bonus. After a long day, we used the room service and can highly recommend the Haloumi Burger for something different. But please have a Club Sandwich on the menu in the future. The bed was terrific and we had a great sleep. Breakfast (included in our room tariff) was great. A take away container of fresh fruit offered was a nice bonus. Will I/We stay here again? Yes. Sure will.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ibis! It was close enough to walk wherever I wanted and safe! Taxis,etc right outside the front door. You can eat downstairs at the restaurant or have a cocktail! Would definitely stay again. Reservation desk and all employees were knowledgeable and friendly.

La camera era pulita e spaziosa con una piccola cucina, che non ci serviva però, perché avevamo incluso il colazione. Il colazione era un fantastico buffet con tutto quello che si poteva chiedere. In tutto abbiamo avuto un fantastico soggiorno!

Non c'è parcheggio gratuito, nessuna trappola, nessun dentifricio.La posizione geografica non è nota.Il rapporto prezzo è abbastanza buono.

Had previously stayed here before, so decided to stay again as it was a good hotel close to Cuba St etc. Room was perfect for night and highlight was it had a bath. Buffet Breakfast was yummy. Staff were all friendly and helpful which always helps.
