I had an absolutely delightful stay here. The rooms were spotless, provided in the rooms were coffee machines, bath robes, room slippers, hair dryers. There were basic toiletries and you could ask for vanity kits or shaving kits as well. The in room dining menu is priced very well but it is not all day, so do check with the reception. There is so much to do around the property and there’s ample parking available as well. The indoor pool is heated and can be used till 8PM. Breakfast is from 7-10AM and is a lovely spread.

The bed is comfy, shower is really good and the surrounding area is really quiet and peaceful. No stress with parking space, great breakfast and dinner, friendly staffs..basically nothing to complain other than The hotel is a bit isolated from but for relaxing is really nice.

Stunning location with amazing countryside wrapped around it. Very enjoyable for afternoon and evening walks in the grounds. Food was very good too

Fabulous location and nice grounds. Hotel itself looks a little strange and not what I expected. But once inside it was all really good. Breakfast was superb and our room was perfect.

Absolutely amazing place to spend a quality time for relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely I'll come back again.

Nice location but the few issues which just didn’t make the stay great, firstly the phone lines NEVER worked, couldn't get in touch with room service or front desk. Power cut so swimming pools couldn’t be used. The tv only half the channels worked. When paying £300 for 2 nights you expect abit more. The staff in the restaurant were great and very helpful. Shame really

This is quite a difficult hotel to review. We arrived in torrential rain - the hotel has a very long approach road which was mostly underwater. Not flooded but concealed. The water hid the speed bumps which came as a shock in a heavily loaded van. I think these could be painted white and the road better drained. However, the hotel has signage, which is not lit. We, and other guests, could not find the reception. This is probably ok on a summer evening but in the dark, with torrential rain, it requires improvement. When we made it inside the hotel there was no signage to reception. But, having finally found reception the reception area was recently refurbished, the staff brilliant, and understanding of our inability to navigate. Staff on the bar were great but restaurant lead was rude and unhelpful. He told us as we hadn’t booked or prepaid, we couldn’t have a table. In a half empty restaurant. Fortunately a fellow guest offered us his table. Bar staff were lovely. The site is huge, some new rooms, some older. Ours was a fantastic design but marked by signs of mould. But maybe just in need of a refresh. The receptionist told us a lot of maintenance takes place at this time of year. We were disappointed that the TV didn’t work, due to signal problems. But we had ipad with us so used that. The hotel is made up of many areas, all with their own parking, so I would suggest navigating to Reception before choosing a parking space and unloading your luggage.

I booked a King Suite which was very run down and cold. The room needs better heating to provide comfort in winter. I stayed during very windy weather meaning the windows rattled all night. I did however have a spa trea**ent which was wonderful.

It was pretty good, but a bit misleading, you are not staying in the beautiful fancy building displayed in the advertising. You're staying in a different building, that feels more like a hospital or something. Rooms were fine..

Was a quick stay over. Bedrooms was nice and comfy and nice choice of breakfast choice.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and a good buffet breakfast. The only ****** was that the bedside lamps did not work in my room.

From year to year I book a Chris**as joiner party. Booking handled well by Tiana. Rooms and breakfast were fantastic for our overnight stay. Stefan looked after my party so well on the evening and was an absolute star. Thank you so much.
