It’s very clean I stayed on they 6th floor for a balcony they did not inform me there is a extra 35dollar a day parking fee or the music from the bar shakes the windows in the room we were there for a golden gloves so we were not ready to party when we got to the room. I was told the first three floors are tolerable

Hotel was clean, comfortable and my room was spacious. The rooftop restaurant and pool overlooking the hard rock is pretty cool. Only issue was the hall was loud at night and i was woken up twice…

Great property supper cute and well decorated, staff is nice(they do require a $100 upon arrival for each night stay that’s not explained on here which is nbd) but overall a good experience. Club is supper loud till about 3am but it wasn’t a big deal for me either (5th flood for reference).

Beautiful rooms, very clean, nice staff. Wish I could rate the dining. It’s 21 and older. We had to leave the property for dinner as our daughter wasn’t 21. NO pool side service, no food or drinks available until the restaurant, we couldn’t use, opens. Roof top bar/music very loud. Several outside property dinners . Could focus more on services for those paying to stay on property. Should be Adults only hotel.

I had called week prior to request a quieter room away from elevation/foot traffic given other reviews noting the loud rooftop club and utility rooms. Upon arrival, we were assigned the closest, corner room next to mentioned loud utility room and closest to elevator. Went back to front desk and either she did not read notes or advised my request was not noted. Great, got a new assignment which met expectations. We did have a great view facing the Hard Rock guitar and room was clean. First morning, they did not have their breakfast foods available and with no other option besides Mcdonalds within walking distance, I was counting on this before we left for the day. I understand things happen. Over the weekend, when the rooftop club was open, the elevators smelled and music was indeed heard from the 4th floor room until past 2am. The morning of check-out, despite having the DND sign on, housekeeping knocked AND swiped at 8am and had I not been near the door, she would caught seen a sight not for her eyes. We left to grab a quick breakfast and I had intentionally left the DND wedged partly in the door. When we returned, again well before the 11am checkout time, it was clear someone had entered as the DND was hanging freely. Again, 10:15 we get a knock from housekeeping. Needless to say, with the personal security concerns alone, we will not return. If you are in need of short stay for a nearby event and do not wish to stay at the Hard Rock, this may pass for you.

The hotel is excellent. What we don't like is that the pool can only be used until 6 in the afternoon because the restaurant opens and since it is divided the floor gets wet. I went with the family but we couldn't enjoy the pool. We arrived at 3:00 for check in and went to eat and wanted to get into the pool at 5:30 and we couldn't. But the rest is excellent.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean. The parking price was overpriced and especially since they expected to be tipped. Our room was on the sixth floor, the noise from the roof top club was loud.

Positive: This property is in a good location (across the street from the Hard Rock). Negative: The person that checked us in barely spoke English so she was very hard to understand, nor did she really understand us either. Our room had a balcony- which was shared with other rooms on that floor. I was not aware of this when I booked it. The sliding glass door to the balcony would not lock so we had to have a hotel service man (try) to fix it. So we never went out on the balcony for fear of the slider not locking properly. The pillows on the bed were horrible- very hard and too firm for us to use. The day we left the elevators were broken so we had to go down 3 flights of stairs with our luggage.
