A HUGE disappointment awaits for unsuspecting travelers. I booked a stay in trendy Navy Yard because I like to try new areas. Was in DC for 2 nights to pitch a design project. I had paid for an upgraded room category so I’d have a terrace and a view of the Capitol. I used the Bonvoy app to make sure I had extra towels and pillows upon arrival. I arrived in DC and went immediately to my meetings and then to dinner with clients so didn’t arrive at the property until 830PM on Friday night. I knew the property had a rooftop bar so I asked at the reception desk to not be put on the floor beneath the bar and Robin said my room wasn’t. I was assigned room 431 - which was spacious and clean. However: the electronic blackout drapes and one of three of the black out shades were off the track so light flooded in, the sheer shades on one window were hanging and on another window not functioning at all. Bright blue light from the glass front mini fridge made the room glow (covered with a towel), a glowing green light from a power cord did the same (unplugged) and the toilet paper holder hanging off the wall. 4 hangers in an open closet- I had clothes for a black tie event and 2 outfits to hang and couldn’t. BUT - the absolute worse was the fact that ALL NORTH FACING ROOMS in the hotel face I-395 expressway!! An 8 lane road with 55MPH limits! The 4th floor literally the same level as the highway! The terrace unusable as it was covered in exhaust soot and the roar that of traffic overwhelmed. I put in earplugs and literally slept with a pillow on my head! I was up at 5AM when the traffic started the next AM. I called the front desk and told them I’d need to change rooms and the 5AM manager said to contact the desk again at 9A when housekeeping arrived. I went down at 9A and spoke to Robin again (she was very nice and def tried to help)- I told her I was going out for a run and if I could change rooms on return that would be great. When I returned to the hotel I was told my room category would have to be downgraded- no Capitol view or terrace - and that the room would be on a lower floor - BUT IT WAS STILL FACING THE HIGHWAY! I went back to my room and just decided to leave it alone rather than ruin my busy day. The front desk manager was at the desk when I had both conversations with Robin and she made no offer of anything as an apology- no comp breakfast, no comp drink coupons at the rooftop bar, no Bonvoy points - nothing. A simple feature would have def made me at least feel acknowledged. My 2 night stay in the upgraded room category was $971.66- so almost $1000 for two horrible nights of no sleep. This hotel was a HUGE disappointment and an embarrassment to the Marriott brand.

Sono venuto all'Holiday Inn Express con due miei amici e Ibrahim, il vicedirettore, è stato molto disponibile quando abbiamo avuto qualche problema a fare il check-in. È stato molto disponibile durante tutto il processo di aiutarci. Molto professionale e io e il mio amico lo faremo sicuramente tornare in questo hotel a causa sua.

No Questioni sono rimasto qui diverse volte. Conosco il Grande Staff. Sono veloce a risolvere se ci sono problemi. Mi piace perché è anche conveniente per il mio Pet Support. Purtroppo ho perso il colazione sono un ritardo di risveglio sono sicuro di restare lì di nuovo.

🍃 Trip.com è molto conveniente prenotare l'hotel. Vivere a Washington per una notte. Questa zona non è sicura di essere insicura. Dopo tutto, dormire e' OK per una notte. Oltre ad essere vicini ad alta velocità o ad un'alta strada, è ancora molto stupefacente fino alla notte. Ci sono molti tipi di musica di alta distribuzione unica americana 🎵😂 🌟 E'molto conveniente per il soggiorno e richiede un'autorizzazione preliminare della carta di credito.C'è un posto di parcheggio alla porta dell'hotel.Anche se è tardi la notte, ci sono persone che entrano e escono e si occupano del soggiorno.L'hotel ha 24 ore di caffè, 🍵 e così via, e le caratteristiche generali dell'hotel americano. 🍴 La colazione è più americana, e'ancora ricco rispetto a tutti i tipi di pane, bacon 🥯, yogurt, uova di mela, frutta, ecc. Il giorno dopo, ho trovato molti altri.La colazione è riempita. 🏠 Le strutture della stanza sono normali, sono adatte a dormire ～ per una notte. Torna presto e tardi, puoi dormire bene.

Il concierge era molto utile e ha dato buone consigli su dove trovare cibo. Non ho usato nessuna struttura, ho pensato che il colazione fosse complimentare e quando sono sceso lì la mattina ho scoperto che era falso. Pensavo che i prezzi fossero un po' elevati per colazione, così ho passato a farlo, ma in generale, ho avuto un bel tempo.

Ho viaggiato a Washington con i miei figli adolescenti e pretendenti per un gioco di basket. La proprietà non ha ricevuto la mia prenotazione (prenotato per la terza festa), ma il personale del desk front demorò a farla correre e a farci riparare. Hanno un ottimo servizio clienti per tutta la nostra permanenza. Questo hotel era molto pulito. Mi sorprendeva perché mi sono fermato qui spesso circa 10 anni fa e mi aspettavo che alcune cose andassero un po' in basso. E' evidente che l'hotel è molto modernizzato e sembra proprio buono ora come ha fatto un decennio fa. La posizione è perfetta, in mezzo al quartiere di NoMa e si trova proprio vicino alla stazione di metropolitana di NoMa/Gaulludet (Red Line). La stanza stessa era comoda. Il mio figlio più giovane e io dormivo su un letto di dimensioni reali e il mio più vecchio dormiva sul divano. In generale, io prenoterò di nuovo qui come visitavo spesso DC. Quanto è poco costoso questo hotel, la qualità è stata fenomenale. Non posso aspettare di tornare.
