The hotel is luxurious, has a boutique feel and everything about the design and decor is 5 star+. However, our weekend family stay got off to a bad start when the reception didn’t have our reservation. There was no apology and almost an attitude by the unfriendly and arrogant young lady at reception of it being my fault. At breakfast the next day, the restaurant and the quality of the food was excellent but the staff were untrained, unfriendly and on occasion could not communicate in Polish or English. Food was removed from our table when we were half way through, nobody explained the concept, ie no buffet, which was great and what could have been a wonderful experience, was let down by the staff. They saved the best for last at checkout. I was asked if I had anything from the minibar. I replied to say that I had not but reminded the lady that we had drinks at the bar that should be added to our bill. I was then shocked to be told that I would now have to wait to checkout whilst a member of staff checked the minibar in my room. I felt like a criminal at a 1 star hotel in a mass tourist resort. Again, not what you expect from a 5 star boutique hotel paying USD 300 a night and having reminded them of my bar bill. One, more senior member of staff ultimately realized my frustration and took over the checkout process, although by this point, the damage was done. Really disappointing to see this beautiful and luxurious hotel ruined by staff with no training but most of all with such an arrogant attitude that it made the whole experience feel very uncomfortable. The doormen were however extremely polite and helpful. Not enjoying writing such a negative review, I truly hope managements take action as we have been staying and eating at hotels in the Likus chain for years and have always had an enjoyable experience until hotel Warszawa.

Questo albergo è molto vicino al centro storico di Varsavia (stare miasto) per cui la posizione è eccellente. Credo che questo edificio risalga agli anni '70, per cui relativamente datato, anche se gli interni forse sono già stati ristrutturati ma, a mio personale avviso, richiedeno un ulteriore adattamento alle ultime tendenze della hôtellerie internazionale. Il costo delle camere è relativamente contenuto in relazione al mercato degli altri paesi europei con moneta unica. Io segnalerei solo la lentezza nel servizio di ristorazione e la pulizia a tratti carente (il vassoio della mia colazione e rimasto fuori dalla camera oer oltre 24 ore.....

Viaggio di 3 giorni dove abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa struttura. Il massimo della valutazione è 5 se fosse stato possibile avrei dato anche 100 a tutto. Pulizia, centrale a tutto, colazione eccellente, personale cordiale, in camera siamo riusciti a trovare anche dei canali in TV italiani che ci hanno fatto compagnia la notte del capodanno. La posizione geografica dell'hotel è eccellente intorno a questo posto. È molto buona stazione di trasporto ferroviario di viaggio per autobus. Ci sono molti hotel deliziosi sul lato. Sicuramente è troppo vicino alla ferrovia leggera, ma non può essere sentito dopo la finestra chiusa. Sotto e un punto di cambio di valuta è un buon colazione.

L'hotel non è lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria e di fronte c'è il famoso Palazzo della Scienza. Anche l'hotel in sé è un edificio relativamente vecchio, molto imponente, e gli interni sono stati rinnovati abbastanza bene. Ci sono molti autobus e tram davanti alla porta , che può andare in tutte le parti della città vecchia. È molto comodo perché devi prendere i treni per altre città. È molto saggio scegliere qui.

L'hotel è situato nel cuore del centro città, a pochi passi da numerosi importanti punti panoramici. Anche se il software e l'hardware sono un po' vecchi, sono sicuramente al livello di un cinque stelle e le dimensioni della stanza non sono piccole in Europa. La colazione era molto ricca e molto buona, sicuramente consigliata. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza molto soddisfacente e ritornerò sicuramente in futuro.

In questo albergo in pieno centro, a 20 minuti a piedi dalla Città Vecchia, le aree comuni un po’ spoglie e squallide contrastano con le stanze che sono, invece, grandi, pulire e luminose. Noi avevamo una tripla con vista sul cortile interno dotata anche di zona living e cucina. Il bagno era doppio con vasca e doccia divisi dalla stanzina del wc, separata. Buona la pulizia generale, anche se la hall ha un odore misto di cibo e disinfettante. Il wifi funziona perfettamente sia nelle stanze che nella are comuni. La palestra, piccola e poco attrezzata, è buia e non rifornita con asciugamani e disinfettante per gli attrezzi. Non abbiamo mai usufruito della servizio colazione offerto nel bar che affaccia sul cortile interno. Il parcheggio è disponibile gratuitamente fino a riempimento. Noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare posto. Comunque se state cercando un hotel in centro a un prezzo decente (non regalato), questa è una buona soluzione.

Siamo rimasti in una base di letto e colazione e abbiamo trovato il cibo migliore che abbiamo mai incontrato in ogni hotel del mondo. Le uova di spazzolino con bacon e il porridge dovevano morire per e ci tenevano alti per la maggior parte del giorno. La camera da letto era molto attrezzata e la suite era molto attrezzata con belle attrezzature di qualità. Il personale era sempre sorridente e utile. Il test per un soggiorno in qualsiasi hotel è che ritorni e nel caso del Teatro dobbiamo certamente ritornare. Grazie per aver fatto il meraviglioso viaggio a Varsavia molto speciale. Varsavia è stata anche una meravigliosa visita della città.

È stato il mio altro soggiorno lì . Questo hotel è effettivamente molto economico rispetto ad un altro intorno e la posizione è perfetta . Ci sono molti ristoranti e bar intorno così può essere un po ' rumoroso a volte . Questa volta ho scelto una camera singola . Sono stato sorpreso perché la camera non era grande ma il letto era abbastanza grande (come doppio) e molto comodo . Camera e bagno molto pulito e tempestivo . Colazione mi lasciato un po ' giù . Penso sia troppo costoso ora . A causa dell'cov-19 non c'è più buffet, quindi hanno voci limitate.Sto solo puntando su questo, ma il mio punteggio è basato su soggiorno lì. Controlla veloce. Personale amichevole.

L'ho usato con un amico e due ragazze.Anche se è facile raggiungere il punto principale, la strada da una stazione più recente è un po'inquietante su Google Map. La sala d'albergo è molto pulita e offre servizi di bevanda gratuita.Ho mangiato pollo fritto comprato in un negozio vicino.
