The first thing I liked about here was the staff as they are exceptional in here it is lovely and I have no complaints about it the breakfast is amazing

A great hotel, clean, comfortable and the staff genuinely make the difference. I would not hesitate to stay here again. They even left a note and an Easter Egg for my daughter. The hotel is also in a good location to access the motorway.

After the first night my wife woke and had what she thought were a couple of spots. After the second night it was obviously bed bugs. She had been mercilessly bitten. Hotel have investigated and dismissed our concerns

Best premiere in for me staff brilliant carnt do enough for you breakfast outstanding really handy for moterway and also handy for shopping evening meals really good deal beds are so good really get a great nights sleep as i only have a shower at home first thing i do everytime i arrive in the bath

I stayed in the hotel this week in room 115. Comfy, clean, and quiet. Ian in reception was very helpful in booking the restaurant and advising on alternative places to eat nearby. He always remembers me from previous stays here. Will stay again.

I and my colleagues have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions over the last 5 years as well as staying at other premier inns across the country. Never an issue at this hotel, staff so friendly and helpful and cant do enough for you. In better weather the gardens are nice to sit out in and have a drink. Quiet location and never any bother.

The location is quiet good, near Tesco extra not too far. The room is clean and tidy. We're so comfort to stay for 1 night. But little space for charging the EV car. There is a carboot sales near the hotel, it is about 4 mins drive, will come again for the next time.

Just want to point out that this Premier Inn is not responsible for the Brewer's Fayre restaurant poor quality. The hotel itself is great. The kids meal wouldn't feed a fish it's that small and extremely poorly cooked. I had to order adult meals for the children because they would have starved.
