Gestore fantastico, niente è un problema per quel miglio in più è stato un paio di volte mentre visitavamo la famiglia. It's a standard hotel with Good hot shower, and a nice room temp control. If you need an iron box you can get it from the front desk.

Buona posizione. Molto bel hotel. Controllata in isolamento. Piscina è stata fantastica. Il colazione era un po' deludente per questo tipo di hotel. Solo il primario colazione inglese. Nessuna opzione per verdure fresche e formaggio.

Assolutamente perfetto nessun errore. Molto pulito alto standard, strutture brillanti, personale molto benvenuto. Molto consiglia questo hotel

Absolutely terribly!! Very rude staff! Dirty and unhygienic! Very dated !! extremely disappointed with hotel!! The waterpark isn’t even stated that it’s completely shut down!!! None of the advertisements for it tells you this either!! Came back to our room to find our room door had been left completely wide open after we had shut and locked it! We told a member of staff and the response we got was “oh must of been the housekeeping” when our room hadn’t even been cleaned!!! No clean towels had been left bedding hadn’t been changed ??? Luckily none of our belongings had gone!! Food is of a very poor standard. Toilets are appalling!! We had to leave an go to another restaurant. There was noise up until midnight!!! We went to the entertainment at night to be told they were fully booked after paying two nights stay there!!! Which my two children were very upset with. My husband paid for a sweet bouquet to be put in our room for our children which was never there!! When we challenged the member of staff his attitude was disgusting and said we hadn’t paid !! Overall never again !! And wouldn’t recommend the hotel or the park extremely disappointed and a waste of money

I stay here frequently with work and always have the best experience. The rooms are clean and made up for me each morning without having to ask. The reception team are helpful and friendly. What makes my stay extra special is the breakfast team. They offer you a hot drink as soon as you arrive for breakfast and even a hot drink to take out to make you feel ready for the day! If you are in a hurry they offer to make you a take out bag with some pastries. The cooked breakfast is lovely and hot and the hash browns are my favourite. Thank you to all of the staff for making my experience great each time! Makes staying away from work that bit nicer😄

I've stayed in other hotels previously when in Warrington for work and this time someone recommended staying here. It's a small hotel (only 15 rooms) I think, so it can get booked up quickly! The pictures on the website make it look very nice and relaxing, and I can confirm that the hotel does look like the website. The room was a good size and had everything you need for a short stay. Comfy bed, desk area with tea/coffee/biscuits. Nice bathroom with a powerful shower. Big TV (which was too 'smart' for me. You can stream from your phone, or watch YouTube , but I did struggle to watch actual 'normal' TV channels. Not an issue as I was only there for 1 night otherwise I would have asked someone for help) The window had a blind on it which blocked out every bit of possible light (much better than any other hotel room I've stayed in) However, there was a bit of light coming through under the main room door, and I noticed I could also hearing some coughing and other noises during the night. Room would be even better if they made the doors a bit tighter and they would then be soundproof. Continental breakfast is included or you can choose to pay £10 for a cooked breakfast. I just had a latte (which was very nice), Croissant (warm and fresh tasting!) and a bowl of fruit. Great that this is included in the room price. All the staff I spoke to were really friendly and pleasant, and it definitely feels more like a family run small hotel (which is much nicer than a big chain) Overall had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. It was cheaper than other hotels in the area but everything was better quality and nicer. Will definitely book here next time I need to stay over in Warrington.
