NOTHING at the Resort was open during the week (pool, restaurant…). This should be Clearly Stated on the reservation site description.

First time here and we LOVED it. The waterpark is perfect. I love their little cafe that you can get stuff from 24/7. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will absolutely be back.

In winter time, it's a heavy favorite for families with small children. THE WATER PARK! But even this older couple found plenty of quieter nooks and crannies to kick back and enjoy our stay.

Need to update alittle. Our microwave didnt work and our mini fridge didnt work well either.. Maybe work on not letting kids run and scream down the hallways. Other than that we had a good time.

Beds were okay. Tv did not connect to wifi for apps. Waterpark is always fun. 5 waterpark passes with stay. Cheaper to rent a room than buy 5 passes. Plus you can use the park the day you leave as well.

This was my familys first time staying at the resort. We did a weekend getaway to celebrate my sons 3rd bday and it was wonderful. The place is great, scrnery beautiful, bedroom very comfortable and spacious. Staff very friendly!
Definitely will be going back.

The rooms could have been cleaner, the hot tub needed to be hotter, and the breakfast pastries were stale. They were short staffed and obviously overwhelmed but friendly.

Friendly staff & easy to talk. My first experience was the best, we enjoyed a lot. Room are clean & comfortable.

The room was ok.
There was a burned out light in the room. Someone took all the soapand everything else from the room. Front desk was understaffed when everybody was checking in. Beds were comfy. Pool was nice
