第一次入住這家酒店，預訂時沒有注意酒店有部分在裝修。入職時發現有部分在裝修，本來預訂了兩晚，但是由於有小朋友，所以決定退掉一晚，經過攜程和酒店的有效溝通，酒店很快就幫我們退了一晚，態度和效率都很好，總體還是不錯。期待裝修完之後，再次入住。

From the moment I raised concerns, the Front Desk Director, Sue, and General Manager, Terence Ng, personally intervened to ensure that all issues were addressed promptly and with the utmost respect. Their dedication to resolving guest feedback and commitment to excellence is truly commendable. I was also touched by the extra efforts they made, such as personally delivering breakfast to my room—a gesture that went far beyond my expectations and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Additionally, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Yvette, the Manager of the Lakeside Restaurant. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor during my dining experiences added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. The professionalism, care, and thoughtfulness shown by these individuals reflect the highest standards of the Grand Hyatt brand. My stay, which began with some challenges, turned into a remarkable and unforgettable experience thanks to the dedication of these outstanding team members. I wholeheartedly recommend Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula to anyone seeking a luxurious and guest-focused experience. 體驗超棒！從踏入酒店大堂起，熱情周到的服務就讓人倍感温馨。前台工作人員辦理入住迅速，還貼心介紹酒店各項設施。房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。衞生細節處理到位，衞生間沒有一絲異味。酒店早餐種類豐富，味道相當不錯。地理位置優越，下次出行，還選這家酒店！

The hotel is new and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The pool is spacious and clean. The room comes with an amazing view of the mountains. The breakfast is delicious and freshly made. There’s also afternoon tea with an amazing fruit platter and the night drink. We had an amazing experience! Highly recommended!

非常完美的房車體驗，第一次住房車，到現場看了週一開始第一反應覺得什麼東西都很小然後蟲子很多，但是實際住下來感覺很舒服，尤其是床上很舒服，空間也足夠，非常適合情侶出遊或者家庭出遊，營地有一條小河很好看，入住一定要記得帶好花露水和風油精

這家酒店是我在海南旅遊最喜歡的一家寶藏酒店了 位置：基本在山頂了，隱蔽性和私密性非常高 環境：全是獨棟獨棟的小別墅，法式風格，深得我心，給老闆的品味點贊 服務：必須給管家小姐姐大大的贊，很耐心的講解房間設施設備，遇到問題也是回覆超快，服務態度一級棒 房間：我們本來定的一晚卡蜜拉和一晚星空，幫我們升級成了兩晚星空，房間全法式風格，洗衣機浴缸配備齊全，看出來有精心設計過，讓人眼前一亮，特別是房間配置的歐舒丹的洗護套裝，我老婆愛的不行，minibar的果汁飲料簡直喝不完啊，房間標配依雲，奢華體驗感拉滿。 缺點：交通確實不太方便，如果你不是自駕的話，來回接送很費時間，還是推薦租個車或自駕，早餐種類不是很豐富，但是都是現做的，也不能既要還要啦 總的來説推薦指數：⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

離日月灣挺近的，租個小電驢十幾分鍾就能到 房子跟宣傳的一樣特別的敞亮老闆有兩衹狗，其中一衹特別熱情，特別可愛，還有一衹比較內斂，但是也非常可愛 房間衞生也乾淨，老闆也特別熱情，有問題就可以問他，他特別耐心地給你解答這個地方，順着那個公路一直往下走，也可以到教堂這次入住體驗非常愉快
