Hotel in zona Keawakapu Beach, Wailea

My recent stay at Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort left much to be desired, and I was far from impressed with the overall experience. Upon arrival, I was met with a seemingly indifferent check-in process, lacking the warmth and hospitality that one would expect from a luxury resort. The lobby, though modern, felt sterile and lacked the charm that I had hoped to find in a Hawaiian escape. While the resort's surroundings were undeniably beautiful, the state of the facilities was a letdown. The infinity pools, though picturesque, were overcrowded, and finding a comfortable spot to relax was a challenge. The beachfront location was indeed stunning, but the beach itself felt overcrowded and neglected, with trash and debris left unattended. The accommodations were underwhelming, with the room feeling more dated than luxurious. The lack of attention to detail was evident in the tired furnishings and lack of proper maintenance. I encountered issues with cleanliness, and the absence of a ventilation system in the bathroom made it a humid and unpleasant space. Dining at Andaz Maui was a disappointing experience, mainly due to the exorbitant prices for mediocre food. The breakfast buffet, though featuring a variety of options, was far from worth the cost, leaving me feeling like I had been taken advantage of as a guest. The staff's overall service was inconsistent, with some members appearing disinterested and unresponsive to guest needs. It was evident that the resort lacked a cohesive approach to guest satisfaction, resulting in an unmemorable and disheartening stay. While the resort's location offered access to nearby attractions, the lack of shuttle services or convenient transportation options made it a hassle to explore the area. In conclusion, Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort fell short of providing the luxury experience I had anticipated. The lackluster accommodations, disappointing dining options, and hit-or-miss service left me feeling dissatisfied with my stay. I would caution potential guests to carefully consider their expectations and alternatives before choosing this resort for their Hawaiian vacation.

This was my first time to Maui. We loved the AC hotel. It is a smallish hotel. It has a beautiful infinity swimming pool and nice large spa. The patio area has a nice bar and they will serve you appetizers. The pool towels were always stocked. Many chairs and lounges with umbrellas. You can see the ocean from the pool but not the waves. The breakfast was very good. They had hot items that they made for you as well as a buffet of the cold items. Good coffee and many drinks to choose from. The last day they raised the all you can eat breakfast from $25 to $30. So that was a bummer. The room was very clean and minimalistic. We stayed on the garden side. Our adult son and wife were on the pool side and they said it was somewhat noisy. The pool closes at 9 pm. The view wasn’t that great of the ocean and it was an increased cost. The mattress was quite firm but not uncomfortable. It was about the firmest mattress that I have ever had in a hotel. I slept okay, but I would not say the mattress felt luxurious. The area the hotel is in is gorgeous. The ocean is fairly close. You may be able to walk but we drove. I met a woman who was a Maui native. She was having breakfast in the hotel . She was just there to have breakfast with a friend. She said that this hotel is a little gem. I agree and I would definitely stay there again. The Monkeypod restaurant is a short walk up the hill. The food was delicious. You would probably need a reservation.

We normally stay at 5 Diamond hotels but since the prices and availability have risen so quickly we opted to book at the Residence Inn. Wow, what a pleasant surprise! The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is actually the size of a studio apartment with a kitchenette. Two full size queen beds with a pull out sofa too. Lots of outlets to plug in all your electronics and no need to move furniture to find them. Full buffet breakfast included daily. I’m gluten free and had plenty of options to choose from each day. Pool & spa are open late, live music Tuesday & Friday, great bar menu and the bartender, Chewy, is the best!! We went off road ATV’ing and our clothes were filthy with red dirt… guest what? Guest laundry 24/7 along with detergent to buy at the front desk. We will definitely stay here again. We met a few other people who shared it was their first time at the hotel too and they were very impressed. Book this hotel now, you’ll be happy you did!

Lo spazio dell'hotel è penetrante, splendida, una piscina straordinaria, costituita da molte piscine, bacino di acqua calda e sci di montagna falsa, gestita rigorosamente, gli ospiti non residenziali non hanno completamente la possibilità di usarla. Il verde e la piantagione dell'hotel sono in linea con la piantagione, la piscina di scultura centrale e il paesaggio di giardino europeo, le chiese piccole sono nuovi e nuovi. La spiaggia è pulita e morbida e l'acqua del mare è pulita. Il servizio di camera d'ospite è in grado di ottenere il marchio di Walldorf. Qualsiasi necessità è generalmente soddisfatta. Ho anche consultato se ci sono cose calde da microonde. Il personale della camera d'ospite si è trasferito in una stanza per inviare la stanza, ed è insolente.

Io e mio marito stiamo regolarmente a 5-star proprietà in tutto il mondo, tra cui altre quattro stagioni. Da Rafael in Club Lounge ai nostri server al colazione a Duo, ai nostri amici della piscina, tutti erano carini e sopra il top utile. Non avrete bisogno di alzare un dito se non vuoi! Solo il rimborso è che è molto, molto costoso. Per esempio, il buffet per due era $150 ogni mattina a Duo. Era delizioso e la vista era bella, ma sentiva forte. Bevi $23 ogni. In pratica, prendi quello che ti è stato usato in molti hotel e aggiungere almeno il 20%. Ma ...it's the Four Seasons. Non vieni qui per un'esperienza di bilancio, quindi non puoi davvero aspettare un prezzo di bilancio!
