We had one night stay with our friends and family on March 2024. We were booked 8 rooms and request double bed in every room since we have toddlers. When we arrived Front Office staff warmly welcome us and served ice tea as our welcome drink and did our paper work immediately. But the reservation officer who took our booking was not informed about our request no twin bedrooms. Our 8 rooms were twin bedrooms and it's difficult to sleep with a toddler. So we informed it to the front office staff and the manager. Since it was their mistake they immediately give double bedrooms and they have free upgraded 3 rooms to upper room rage. It was really nice gesture from the front office, specially the lady who manage us since our arrival. Apart from that everything else was great. Since it was a Saturday they have arrange a high tea buffet in the evening. Swimming Pool is big and there was a separate swimming pool for children. Dinner buffet was also good and we had good time with the live band played in the bar. Breakfast and lunch was also served as buffet and among those three meals lunch buffet was my favorite. Every buffet had good varieties of food and everything was really fresh. It was great stay in the hotel apart from the reservation officers miscommunication. I can recommend this hotel for couples, families and solo travelers.

We stayed at the Blue Water hotel for a week after travelling around Sri Lanka for a week. It is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. We were upgraded to a suite and it was absolutely stunning. The pool is huge and is cleaned everyday, there are plenty of sun beds for everyone and the towel guys will move the beds around and set them up where ever you want them. The staff are all friendly and polite but must admit there are quite a few new ones in the restaurant that are still trying to find their feet. On one occasion we ordered some drinks and they never arrived but we didn’t let it spoil our holiday. Savinda in the restaurant totally made our restaurant experience and went out of his way to look after us. We did miss him on his days off. If all staff in the restaurant could be cloned like him it would be absolutely perfect 😊 the food was varied but did get quite repetitive towards the end of the week but that’s pretty much what we expect with all inclusive holidays. Aruna from the pool bar was by far the best member of staff and made our stay unforgettable. He would bring our drinks to the sun loungers without us even having to order and kept the drinks flowing the whole holiday. We went out to a local restaurant on our last night and bumped into Aruna there and he even looked after us whilst out away from the hotel. Thank you so much for making our holiday the best it could be 🥰

Blue Beach is a MUST visit stay in Sri Lanka. My husband and I had the best time at the venue. The owner and the staff especially Chandra sir were so kind and lovely and made our stay super special. Thank you for an unforgettable experience and especially making our anniversary dinner by the beach so lovely! It was our pleasure to have stayed at the venue. The food was top quality. Stay was super, the view is just something you wouldn’t want to miss!!. Staff is super helpful and the owners are the best!! I’ve never seen any owners being so invested in providing more than Satisfactory stay for the guests. They are very hands on!! Keep up the good work. L'hotel è moderno , fresco , ben mantenuto . Perfetto per una vacanza rilassante con palestra , eccellente piscina lunga , yoga , zona sportiva . L'accesso alla spiaggia è privato e pacifica. La diffusione di cibo era lavagna Nd gusto . Il personale è molto amichevole Nd va fuori dal modo per aiutarvi. Ci siamo divertiti la vasta diffusione di cibo per la cena di gala di nuovi anni. Il bar ha una buona scelta di liquore. Puoi prendere un tuktuk dal lobby hotel in giro per vedere la vita locale. Andare a pesca ricchi e guardare il negozio o altri per vestiti economici ma di buona qualità quotidiana. Passando 5 notti con l'hotel ci rilassavamo poi ci siamo trasferiti a bentota per godere della spiaggia che è tranquilla Nd uno dei migliori che abbia mai incontrato nel mondo viaggiando intorno . Grazie speciali a Tusharri per averci assicurato il miglior soggiorno Nd il contatto personale che ha fornito e il signor Prasad Wijesyriya per mantenere l' albergo così bene . La struttura è molto più ampia e offre una piscina lunga e un soggiorno a Taj bentota, ma ci sono citrus molto meglio con piscina , camere e prezzo per la qualità .
