Grand Residence Inn, camere pulite e confortevoli (avevamo una suite da 2 posti letto). Siamo stati al terzo piano, a 2br, con vista sull'edificio ALICO e sui treni, un paio di persone che viaggiavano con la mia madre e i nostri due cani da tetto. (Sun - Mon séjour) La colazione giornaliera ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni: frutta fresca, cibi caldi (proteine), cereali, yogurt, farina di avena, caffè, tè, succhi. Post Covid-19 I protocolli di sicurezza alimentare sono molto soddisfacenti, anche se non così divertenti (non si può più fare le vostre waffle, ma hanno le ”confezionate” waffle che si può riscaldare ). La varietà di prodotti non lattiero-caseari (latte di pecora, latte di soia) è grande per una dieta intollerante al lattosio! Ci piace un buon colazione prima di andare a esplorare e questo Residence Inn ha riempito quel niche. Trovare l'ingresso all'Inn è stato un po' difficile a causa di tutta la costruzione in corso (may, 2022), - ma questo è un problema a breve termine. La posizione è un facile 4 isolati passeggiata al complesso Magnolia (se è dove stai andando). Tuttavia, si prega di avvertire - ci sono alcuni senzatetto nella zona di Silos e intorno al suo chiusura, forse perché la cucina dell'Armata di Salvazione e il terminale di autobus Greyhound sono nella stessa zona. Se viaggiate in numeri e solo sapete quando camminate, dovreste essere a posto. Sono presumibilmente un troll che viaggia verso/dal hotel e dalla zona immediata di Magnolia Silo, ma la costruzione può aver riorientato questo temporaneamente. In generale, restiamo qui quando visiteremo?

The manager and the cleaning staff are lovely. The facility is just okay. The breakfast isn't very good, but I guess you get what you pay for. It's worth noting that they don't clean rooms during the stay, and that there's no business center.

To explain, We had booked a reservation At the extended stay in Waco for February, 2022 for one night for a 2 bed, single room, for 4 adults, which we booked through groupon a week prior. We had confirmed the room with the hotel and upon getting there, the front desk receptionist hands us our key (His name is Walter) . When we get to our room, we see that it is a single bed room, so we immediately go back to the front desk and talk to the same man ( Walter) who check us in. After telling him that we have the wrong room, he begins to look on his computer and he says sorry, we’re fully booked and I asked “ do you have any bedrooms available?” And he says back to me “Do you want to look?!” And I said “I’m just asking”. The front desk man begins to make up a policy saying “if you’re not checked in after 6PM, its first-come-first-serve” and he said its in the fine print. We then looked at the fine print and it was no where in the document we signed that stated that nor on Groupon’s listing. He said they had 13 no shows that day and we’re still full booked. We then asked “what are we paying for a room for if we’re not even guaranteed a room and we’re just throwing our name in a hat and hope we get a room” he then said to us, YELLING “ I don’t care if y’all get a room, I don’t care if you sleep in the hallway, I don’t know you from Adam and Eve” and I respond, “you should care! This is terrible customer service” and then this man literally leaves the building and doesn’t come back. His co-worker came in and tried to assist us and said “sorry there’s nothing we can do, we can process a refund once Groupon contacts us” and said we’d have to call other hotels and did NOT HELP at all. While we’re calling other hotels, a group of girls come down on the elevator very angry and said “the room you just gave us has another man in it”. The female receptionist now helping us and them says to them “Oh, he was suppose to check out today but I guess he didn’t”. She begins to tell them that they gave their room away because of their “give-away policy after 6pm” and that they have zero rooms available. So she calls her manager (Val) and apparently another room opens up! these girls go to this room, they eventually come back and say “There’s another man in THAT room too”. There was also 2 other people people inline that I’m sure didn’t get rooms and 2 homeless people at the end of there first floor hallway sleeping with all their stuff and they were clearly on drugs tweaking, scratching, etc. We eventually left and had to book another hotel at 1 AM out of our own pocket. We have NEVER been treated with so much disrespect, incivility, contempt and carelessness. There was ZERO security and people staying in rooms they’re not suppose to and people walking In on other people. so many people were screwed that night and not in a good way. We still haven’t received any refund and credit.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno mentre ero qui. Molto pulito e pulito. Il manager/proprietario e sua moglie Jigi erano molto gentili e cortesi. Mi fermerò di nuovo. Jigi era eccezionale, si assicurava che io fossi curato e immediatamente. La custodia delle case è stata molto attenta e di routine.

Ho prenotato questo posto sulla strada all'ultimo minuto. In genere quella formula è una catastrofe. Grazie a Dio siamo arrivati e siamo stati salutati da una signora molto piacevole, il suo nome è Smita. Quando lavoravo su crampi di gambe, Smita ci aspettava con un sorriso. Era la nostra prima buona esperienza qui. Rimarrei ancora se mi fosse promesso che ci controllerebbe. Una volta ho dovuto chiamare per cambiare un conto, era sulla palla. Questo ha detto ... Questo è un hotel più vecchio, ma è evidente che i proprietari si accertano che sia quanto più bello possibile. Nuovi dipinti, bagni puliti e pavimenti, molto pochi polveri sul quadro di immagine. (Sì, controllo) . C'erano alcune difetti cosmetici, ma solo cosmetici. La nostra stanza era pulita, il letto era grande. Il a/c funziona tranquillamente. La mia ultima ragione per dire grandi cose su questo posto? La mia moglie era chiaramente felice anche di questo. Intendevo farlo quando siamo nella zona Waco. Di solito le recensioni dicono ”Hai quello che paghi”. Non qui. Hai quello che ti aspetta per i tuoi soldi.

L'hotel è incredibile dalle strutture al personale. In passato abbiamo ospitato eventi come questo in hotel e resort molto prestigiosi e la LaQuinta di centro di Waco ci ha dato tutto quello che ci serviva. Sala conferenza, ufficio di lavoro, galleria calda e piscina, e una squadra molto flessibile e responsabile di personale e manager. Joshua era un sogno di lavorare con e rende così facile per il nostro gruppo di lavorare con. Vorremmo tornare.
