Whenever I go to Vung Tau I always stay at the Moon Thanh Vung Tau hotel, and I have been there a few times. The position is excellent being so close to the beach. The staff are helpful and friendly and always willing to chat and have a laugh with me. Over time I have made a very good friend in Truc (aka Bonnie) who is now the General Manager there. We always share a coffee and photos when I visit. If you have a room overlooking the beach you can watch what's happening in the park opposite or watch the fishing fleet coming and going. I recommend getting up early, around 5.30 - 6.00 am and walking along the beach watching the women doing their exercises or the fishermen bringing in their catch and the women selling straight from the boat to your plate. All in all I highly recommend the Muong Tan hotel for your next stay in Vung Tau.

Wow! What an amazing experience. The Malibu Hotel is the best hotel that I've stayed in in Vietnam. We had a business trip there in early March 2023. Everything was exemplary and all 65 staff members agreed. I will briefly share what makes this hotel so amazing: 1) Customer Service: A huge shout out to Ms. Bella from The Malibu. She made organisation of our trip smooth and was extremely detail-orientated. Additionally, Mr. Dat ensured that our Gala dinner was a memorable experience. Both Ms. Bella and Mr. Dat were extremely transparent about budget and pricing, double-checking every expense with our team before it was processed. The best customer service that I've received in Vietnam in 7 years. 2) The food: The food is incredible and very fairly priced. I stayed in the hotel in early 2022 and they have maintained the high standard since then. Well done to the kitchen staff at The Malibu. The best I've had in Vietnam. 3) Public spaced: The Malibu has a wonderful pool & lounge area. Servers were punctual and pleasant. 4) Comfy beds: The rooms & beds fit those of a 4/5 star hotel. No issues here whatsoever. It might be nice if they had a balcony. 5) Location: Wonderful location near the major roundabout in Vung Tau. A short walk to the beach. Fantastic!

The service was very impressive, even though we stayed there during Tet, which is a busy period. David was attentive. The breakfast was amazing, so much variety. The rooms are spacious and well designed and I loved the decorations for Tet. We would stay at the Pullman in Vung Tau again. One minor thing to note: it didn’t seem like there was a private beach, however there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the public beach. The beaches in Vung Tau are generally not swimming-friendly.

惜しむらくは、午前中の２〜３時間の停電には、先端の設備も勝てるはずもなく、待つだけで過ごす時間がもったいなかったです。早朝に散歩に出ようと２４階の部屋からエレベーターを押しても反応しなかったのは、停電とは別の理由があったかもしれません。階段で降りて確認のすべもありませんでした。でもまた泊まりたいですね。

For some god sake, men and women are treated unequally? I don’t have the right to not take off my shirt in public area (swimming pool)! If you have that rule, please inform in booking email in advance! I even wore the swimsuit not normal shirt! I’m staying at B14.03 on 29/4/2023 When I talk to staff at the front desk (18:15, 29/4/2023), her attitude toward me is unacceptable!!! Is that because I’m younger than her or else? Her answer was not what I expected from a 4 star hotel! We need answer and solution, not ask for sympathy! Believe me! - Il tempo che mi è arrivato era quasi alle 3:00. Sono arrivato poco presto (11:00) perché era un viaggio di 2 ore. Sono venuto a un grande, ben noto centro con diverse strutture, mi aspettavo di più dal servizio. In primo luogo, i ricevitori non sono benvenuti. Si accostarono a noi e mantenevano i nostri passaporti fino a quando non mi sono accorto di essere un po' strano, soprattutto perché aveva pagato in anticipo, e mi hanno detto di aspettare che la stanza fosse pronta, senza un drink di benvenuto o una suggerimento su ciò che posso fare mentre aspettavo. Il ristorante era completamente vuoto, abbiamo scelto la tavola vicino al mare, ma un personale è venuto a chiedere se potremmo passare a una tavola più piccola. Sia il riavvio che il caffè hanno pagato il 5% di servizio, ma il personale è lento e non attento (aspettava 20m per le bevande) e ci ha costretto ad pagare con carta. Non ci erano bancone sulla loro spiaggia privata o ombrelle. La piscina è solo 1,4m più profonda. - La posizione è buona e cattiva. È vicino alla spiaggia ma non si può ottenere nessun taxi da soli. Se vuoi uscire, devi chiedere al destinatario di prenotare per te, e il prezzo non è a miglia, ma al punto di destinazione. - La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, e una cosa molto buona qui è che i ragazzi della piscina puliscano la zona della piscina tutto il tempo, quindi è molto pulita, e c'era anche un guardiano di spiaggia che guardava la vostra sicurezza.

UUtente ospiteIl centro turistico è molto bello e utile, vista sulla spiaggia. La piscina al tetto era bella, anche se un po 'chilata era così alta. Caffè gratis in camera. Bagni confortevoli. Bella scelta al colazione.
In fondo: la posizione è molto lontana da dove si desidera mangiare. La vendita stradale è vietata lungo la marcia da praia, in modo da farsi una lunga passeggiata per trovare cibo più economico. Alti costi per extra come l'acqua potabile è sicuramente il modo di irritare gli ospiti quando già pagano più di una media per una stanza. La doccia era stata assemblata con un'acqua così fugace, la stanza era per tre persone, ma aveva solo una sedia sul desk. Questa regola sembrava inizialmente mirare a durian e alimenti marini che è comprensibile ma poi esteso ad escludere tutti i prodotti alimentari che è solo ingiustificato!!
Sintesi: per il prezzo che non sembrava utile. Mi piacerebbe rimanere in un altro posto forse meno che non ti faccia sentire così incomodo con le tariffe supplementari e le regole stupide.

Rooftop pool was amazing with city view. You can go relax and chill. The elevator work well so you do not waste to many time for waiting

KKatzyOne of the bedrooms in a two-bedroom apartment with double beds is fairly small. The sound distance is poor at night since we could hear the TV's light sound, which is inconvenient, and the water drainage is also pretty slow. Even yet, at this cost, a 1-night stay for a group of 3–4 people is still reasonable and commendable as it's well equipped with culinary equipment, a fridge, washing machine and balcony for drying the clothes.
If you were driving yourself, it was advised to park for one night in the basement for VND 80k from 13 p.m. to 13 p.m. the following day.
The staff was very kind.

UUtente ospiteTrovamo questo hotel a Agoda e prenotati perché è ragionevole. Non ci aspettiamo molto con questo prezzo, ma siamo davvero sorpresi dal modo in cui il personale ci tratta. Sono super amichevole e utile. L'hotel è al centro, a 5' da camminare sulla spiaggia.

Non avevamo finestre e abbiamo ricevuto un aggiornamento complementare quando abbiamo chiesto uno di loro. Il personale è stato utile, tradotto e interpretato per noi quando necessario. Anche se dovevo urlare forte e ripetutamente in una notte per svegliarmi il personale della notte, mi sono lasciato entrare senza male di grazia.
