Overall Experience My stay at the hotel was generally good and well-balanced for the price I paid. However, there were a few issues that left me disappointed. Staff Communication The hotel staff has very limited English proficiency. In fact, some of them relied on translation apps to communicate with guests. While I understand language barriers can exist, I believe learning basic English phrases and vocabulary should be a minimum standard for a hotel aiming to cater to international guests. Additional Blanket Request On my first day, I requested an extra blanket for my room, and it was provided without issue. However, when I wasn't feeling well later during my stay and struggled to control the room temperature with the air conditioning, I asked for a second blanket. The receptionist couldn’t clearly explain why I was required to pay for an additional blanket. The translation app they used stated, “We already gave you one blanket; for the next one, you must pay.” When I asked why there was a charge, the staff member couldn’t provide a clear answer. I also couldn’t get clarification on whether this charge was for purchasing the blanket or a refundable deposit. Ultimately, I left without a second blanket, as no resolution or proper explanation was given.

Da allora sono stato il mio villaggio preferito di Don!Questa volta mi sento ancora fantastico!Non importa la stanza, la piscina, l'atteggiamento amichevole del personale, tutto vuole essere completato! Solo l'ingresso deve entrare dalla metà della montagna, e un po'di distanza, quindi molte persone non sanno che questa bella villa vacanza. Spero che il futuro soggiorni molto e l'affare si sviluppi!Attendere il prossimo ritorno!

L'hotel è abbastanza nuovo, pulito, le finestre sono fredde e confortevoli, le camere sono abbastanza completamente attrezzate. La reception è allegro e entusiasta. L'hotel è vicino alla spiaggia, camminare sulla spiaggia è piuttosto vicino, si dispone di un meraviglioso soggiorno a ks. Ci vediamo di nuovo.

Situazione di montagna fredda, adatta a gruppi o famiglie. Camera media, colazione semplice. La qualità non vale la tariffa della camera. Il prezzo della camera prenotato include il colazione, ma deve ancora acquistare biglietti per la zona di intrattenimento con colazione pacchetto. Mình và bạn mình đã có trải nghiệm khá tốt ở Skool Plus Vũng Tàu. Phòng ốc rộng rãi, thoải mái lắm luôn. Hồ bơi vô cực rất vừa vặn khi nằm trong khuôn viên của khách sạn. Ăn sáng thì quá chất lượng so với giá cả và mặt bằng chung. Nhân viên thân thiện , phục vụ chu đáo. Các bạn Lễ Tân luôn sẵn sàng giúp đỡ môi khi cần. Sẽ quay lại vào một ngày không xa !!!

L'esperienza migliore a Vung Tau Questo è uno dei migliori hotel che abbia mai visitato a Vung Tau. L'hotel è situato non troppo lontano dal centro della città, quindi mi piace davvero l'ambiente tranquillo qui, lo spazio è aria, freddo e piacevole. Il receptionista Hieu era amichevole e professionale. La mia famiglia è stata accolta con entusiasmo e servita con attenzione. Questo servizio fornisce tutto per la mia famiglia e per me. Vorrei poter stare alla Oyster Bay Vung Tau per più di una notte. Raccomando davvero di rimanere qui!

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff (Duyen, Vy and Giang) who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The new premium toiletries was provided instead of forgettable Mercure amenities which had been run for several years. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room overlooking the sea. Watching the sunset while sipping a refreshing chardonnay f was a truly magical experience. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and the beach. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide range of local options to suit every palate. Overall, my stay at Mercure Vung Tau exceeded all expectations. The exceptional service, stunning room, and beautiful location made it a memorable

Dưới đây là một số cảm nhận cá nhân của mình và bạn mình (2 nữ) sau 1 đêm lưu trú tại khách sạn: * Điểm cộng: - Không gian đẹp, view đẹp - Các chú bảo vệ rất dễ thương, đặc biệt là chú trực ca trưa 17/10 rất chủ động giúp đỡ khách, che dù cho khách khi đi ngoài nắng về. - Sự nhiệt tình của bạn sales Yến và nhân viên đặt phòng Thuý. * Điểm chưa hài lòng: - Mình đến lúc 15g10' ngày 16/10 và đứng trước cửa một lúc lâu vẫn không có ai xách hộ hành lý, tụi mình tự xách lên trên sảnh. - Mùi hương ở sảnh rất nồng. + Buffet sáng bị nguội, thức ăn khô, nhìn chung không ngon so với mình kì vọng vào khách sạn 4sao. - Phòng cách âm kém, mình bị mất ngủ bởi tiếng mở cửa vào ban đêm của các phòng cùng tầng. - Nhân viên trực hồ bơi sáng 17/10 không hỗ trợ khách, mình chụp ảnh và bị lật phao rơi xuống hồ bơi, nhưng mình và bạn mình gọi thì không thấy ai đến giúp. - Mình bị phụ thu tiền phí vệ sinh giặt ủi do dính bụi màu trên vỏ gối, mình vẫn trả tuy nhiên cá nhân mình không hài lòng, vì bình thường các bạn vẫn giặt vỏ gối và mền sau khi khách ngủ xong, vậy nên tại sao mình lại bị phụ thu phí vệ sinh trong khi vết bẩn đó giặt bình thường ko làm hư hại đến mền gối. Và mình sẽ suy nghĩ thật kĩ về việc có quay lại hay không vì mình thấy dịch vụ k xứng đáng với những chi phí mình đã chi ra

UUtente ospiteLove the vibe of this hotel, it’s got a great classic 70s/80s feel in the reception and dining areas with wooden panelling and pillars - we were upgraded to the Deluxe double room which had a floor to ceiling window overlooking the mountain. Nice new room with a great shower/bath. Handy location opposite the front beach. It’s just a quick walk from the high speed ferry. Nice buffet spread for breakfast included with eggs freshly cooked in front of you and the swimming pool is clean and long, imo the best in Vùng Tau. Grab a towel from the hut poolside. Friendly helpful staff servicing the rooms which are cleaned (beautifully) daily and the dining areas.
