Hotel in zona Thanh Duc Me, Vũng Tàu

Me and my friend had a really good experience here with the service and the view of the hotel. The room was clean and organized. The staffs are very friendly and helpful during the time we stay there. The breakfast is diverse and delicious. Thanks Trang and B.Thao for supporting us. We appreciate your help!😍

The service was very impressive, even though we stayed there during Tet, which is a busy period. David was attentive. The breakfast was amazing, so much variety. The rooms are spacious and well designed and I loved the decorations for Tet. We would stay at the Pullman in Vung Tau again. One minor thing to note: it didn’t seem like there was a private beach, however there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the public beach. The beaches in Vung Tau are generally not swimming-friendly.

Wow! What an amazing experience. The Malibu Hotel is the best hotel that I've stayed in in Vietnam. We had a business trip there in early March 2023. Everything was exemplary and all 65 staff members agreed. I will briefly share what makes this hotel so amazing: 1) Customer Service: A huge shout out to Ms. Bella from The Malibu. She made organisation of our trip smooth and was extremely detail-orientated. Additionally, Mr. Dat ensured that our Gala dinner was a memorable experience. Both Ms. Bella and Mr. Dat were extremely transparent about budget and pricing, double-checking every expense with our team before it was processed. The best customer service that I've received in Vietnam in 7 years. 2) The food: The food is incredible and very fairly priced. I stayed in the hotel in early 2022 and they have maintained the high standard since then. Well done to the kitchen staff at The Malibu. The best I've had in Vietnam. 3) Public spaced: The Malibu has a wonderful pool & lounge area. Servers were punctual and pleasant. 4) Comfy beds: The rooms & beds fit those of a 4/5 star hotel. No issues here whatsoever. It might be nice if they had a balcony. 5) Location: Wonderful location near the major roundabout in Vung Tau. A short walk to the beach. Fantastic!

２泊しました。レンジはもちろん、調理道具一式も完備され、部屋飲みには重宝しました。あとは、全自動の洗濯機に衣類を入れて、広い広いベランダに干すばかり。 惜しむらくは、午前中の２〜３時間の停電には、先端の設備も勝てるはずもなく、待つだけで過ごす時間がもったいなかったです。早朝に散歩に出ようと２４階の部屋からエレベーターを押しても反応しなかったのは、停電とは別の理由があったかもしれません。階段で降りて確認のすべもありませんでした。でもまた泊まりたいですね。

This is my second visit in Vias, and I am writing while on the 7th day of 10. I am truly glad that I know Ms Sarah Hein the receptionist lady from my first visit. Now most of the things I booked and communicated through her before and while on this trip. Truly helpful and make the journey more convenient.

Il centro turistico è molto bello e utile, vista sulla spiaggia. La piscina al tetto era bella, anche se un po 'chilata era così alta. Caffè gratis in camera. Bagni confortevoli. Bella scelta al colazione. In fondo: la posizione è molto lontana da dove si desidera mangiare. La vendita stradale è vietata lungo la marcia da praia, in modo da farsi una lunga passeggiata per trovare cibo più economico. Alti costi per extra come l'acqua potabile è sicuramente il modo di irritare gli ospiti quando già pagano più di una media per una stanza. La doccia era stata assemblata con un'acqua così fugace, la stanza era per tre persone, ma aveva solo una sedia sul desk. Questa regola sembrava inizialmente mirare a durian e alimenti marini che è comprensibile ma poi esteso ad escludere tutti i prodotti alimentari che è solo ingiustificato!! Sintesi: per il prezzo che non sembrava utile. Mi piacerebbe rimanere in un altro posto forse meno che non ti faccia sentire così incomodo con le tariffe supplementari e le regole stupide.

Booked through *******. As this is my first time here in Vietnam, I was amazed with both the location and view of this hotel. 1. Breakfast - It is not bad as there is a mixed variety of cuisine. I was hoping that there are hashbrown but there are none, which is fine for me. Based on the location, I think the breakfast will win hands down. 2. Location - 20mins by Taxi. Relatively smooth ride. Note that the premises is directly opposite the beach (30seconds) walk. It is also directly horizontally across the little religious island. 3. Room - Very clean and thoughtful placement of various items. Except the swimming towels. Hah. Kind of weird when I used the hand towel to wipe myself dry. Overall, highly recommended.

- Il tempo che mi è arrivato era quasi alle 3:00. Sono arrivato poco presto (11:00) perché era un viaggio di 2 ore. Sono venuto a un grande, ben noto centro con diverse strutture, mi aspettavo di più dal servizio. In primo luogo, i ricevitori non sono benvenuti. Si accostarono a noi e mantenevano i nostri passaporti fino a quando non mi sono accorto di essere un po' strano, soprattutto perché aveva pagato in anticipo, e mi hanno detto di aspettare che la stanza fosse pronta, senza un drink di benvenuto o una suggerimento su ciò che posso fare mentre aspettavo. Il ristorante era completamente vuoto, abbiamo scelto la tavola vicino al mare, ma un personale è venuto a chiedere se potremmo passare a una tavola più piccola. Sia il riavvio che il caffè hanno pagato il 5% di servizio, ma il personale è lento e non attento (aspettava 20m per le bevande) e ci ha costretto ad pagare con carta. Non ci erano bancone sulla loro spiaggia privata o ombrelle. La piscina è solo 1,4m più profonda. - La posizione è buona e cattiva. È vicino alla spiaggia ma non si può ottenere nessun taxi da soli. Se vuoi uscire, devi chiedere al destinatario di prenotare per te, e il prezzo non è a miglia, ma al punto di destinazione. - La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, e una cosa molto buona qui è che i ragazzi della piscina puliscano la zona della piscina tutto il tempo, quindi è molto pulita, e c'era anche un guardiano di spiaggia che guardava la vostra sicurezza.
