I booked 3 deluxe twin rooms with seaview for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday with friends. I got warm welcome from Ms. Duyen (Asistant Guest Relations Manager), Ms. Chi Receptionist and Mr. Vinh Bellman. Ms Duyen helped us arrange our room with nice view and she made me surprised with the cakes. Ms. Chi checked in for us very fast and professional. Mr. Vinh help us deliver all heavy luggages to our rooms and call electricty car fo us. Also thank for Mr. Hoang FB Manager for taking care of us about breakfast. Our stay was so pleasant in Mercure Vung Tau. And we really enjoy our stay much because of them.
But there's a small problem that I made reservations on trip.com for my stay 22-24Dec, but my working schedule was changed so I contacted Ms. Trang Lam Reservation to support to change to 20-22Dec, she asked me to contact with trip.com. After I contacted trip.com, they helped me contact hotel again to change. Sometimes, I know if both side agrees to change, I can change althought my booking policy shows not amend. But trip.com said that the hotel didnt agree to change. And I asked her for a solution that I can pay more to change or not, she just sent me an email with room price for 20-22Dec, didnt tell me that I can cancel old reservation to make a new reservation or not. Finally, I had to change my schedule, only stayed in hotel 1 night and left Vung Tau 3:30AM for taking my flight on 24Dec.
