Hotel vicino alla stazione di Voorburg a Voorburg

Hotel e camere erano eccellenti, posizione al top della stazione in pre-burg. L'unico svantaggio era che non c'era aria condizionata nella stanza.

Great hotel, nice employee, fantastic service, phenomenal experience. I stayed there with a friend for a week, each day we left the hotel at the morning/noon before 11 am. Afterwards we got a cleaned room with new bathtubs and also the kitchen was refilled. The personal was cool. Would like to stay a bit longer

It took me a while to write this review since I was afraid of my personal safety. Nevertheless, I have finally decided to share this information with other travelers. This incident happened during a weekday night when I decided to do a walk-in at the Ibis hotel in Den Haag after a long trip. I was already aware of some bad reviews from other travelers indicating ”naughty” staff. Nonetheless, I decided to give it a go. I entered the hotel and mentioned the hotel clerk that I wanted to book a room. His attitude was rough indicating me that he did not have any rooms left. For my bad luck, my phone was out of battery so I decided to seat in one of the tables in the lobby to quickly charge it to look for a hotel somewhere else. While I was charging my phone, the clerk approached me and shouted at me that I had to leave the hotel. I explained him that I wanted to charge my phone to look for other hotels in the area and I wouldn't take much time. He continued shouting at me that I had to leave, when suddenly he grabbed my bag and literally threw it to the street. At this moment I was petrified since I never imagined something like this was happening. Then, he pushed me violently out of the hotel. Luckily I managed to take a picture of this guy. The guy has a tattoo on his right arm and rather than a hotel clerk, he thinks he is a MMA fighter or part of gang. I really don't know how the manager of this hotel can have person like this with such level of anger dealing with customers. My review by no means intend to advice other travelers to visit or not this hotel. I believe the facilities of this hotel are quite nice but what I can say is that I'm not entering this place again until they take strong actions towards improving the quality of their staff. I hope this guy doesn't get fired because of this review but if the hotel really wants to keep him, the hotel should consider send him to an anger management course. I don't know if this guy is always like this or just had a bad night and he took it on me. Nonetheless, I think no one should suffered what this guy did to me under any circumstance.

Stavo per 5 notti. Inizialmente avevo prenotato per 3 ma ho scritto alla ricezione di nuovo a novembre volevo estendere il soggiorno a 5 notti. Ho chiesto se solo facessi una nuova prenotazione e hanno detto no, è stato registrato. Quando sono arrivato alla ricezione, non hanno registrato il mio soggiorno di 5 notti e ho dovuto trovare l'e-mail per confermare sia la proroga che le notti restanti da pagare. La persona era bella e la riparava, ma mi sentivo un po' strano, e dopo la terza notte ho ricevuto un messaggio automatico di check-out, quindi ho controllato con la ricezione e pensavano che avessi controllato e dovevo passare di nuovo tutto. Avrei già pagato, così ho spiegato anche questo. Forse un biglietto o qualcosa del genere potevo essere aggiunto al sistema. La posizione era perfetta. Mi sentivo al sicuro andare in giro la notte e era molto conveniente per il centro di Amare. Il letto era molto confortevole e la doccia era calda e la doccia era di buona dimensione. Mi piacevano avere alcuni canali BBC. Penso che il giorno 4 il wifi era sbagliato. Questo non è colpa della ricezione, ma era fuori da probabilmente 30 ore. Sembra strano in un grande hotel per essere fuori per così tanto tempo. Purtroppo, ma alla fine è stato risolto. Il personale era bello. I lift funzionavano bene.

Very welcoming hotel. It is located just 2 minutes from the underground and 7 minutes from The Hague train station. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning and the WiFi network are at the top in all the compartments of the hotel. The catering service and room maintenance are permanent and systematic. The quality and professionalism of the staff guarantee the safety and discretion of the customers. This is a hotel that personally appealed to me during my brief stay in The Hague. Recentemente sono rimasto qui per 2 notti con il mio partner.Come frequenti viaggiatori dei Paesi Bassi verso le varie città, tra cui Den Haag, non ci siamo mai rimasti qui prima. Abbiamo una sala di vista giardino (aggiornata come membri del club) con tutto quello che doveva essere pulito e confortevole letto, sicurezza, doccia grande con tovaglie, eccetera e molto tranquilla di notte. Il loro colazione è stato un complimentare, inclusi nel tasso, che è stato un stile buffet ma più che adeguato con una selezione di formaggi freddi, cereali, pasticceria, tè, succo di succo arancione e uova cotte. Il piccolo bar sul sito e la macchina del ghiaccio in lobby. Abbiamo ricevuto un check-out tardivo perché abbiamo un volo più tardi che è stato davvero apprezzato . I love Novotel as a chain, and have stayed at this hotel before and was quite happy. This time I felt things were a little off and I wasn't as satisfied. I seem to recall getting a free bottle of water in the room, which it appears is not included anymore. No more individual shower gels and soaps, but now big pumps of soap, which is OK if you have the complete set of them. Yes, it's more environmentally friendly but it's also a sign of cost-cutting. Breakfast was more or less the same -- good choice and quality -- except on a busy weekend they seemed totally overwhelmed and people had to queue to get a table. On a quieter morning, I noticed a sign stating one can request omelettes and poached eggs from the kitchen, so I did, and this dish never materialized, which was a little awkward. The fresh orange juice machine is awful: constant noise and queues of people taking ages to each make one glass of juice, as it requires that the user slice the orange and then ram each half, one at a time, into the machine, yielding a tiny amount of juice. Repeat for 6 or 7 oranges to get a glass... It would be funny to watch as slapstick if it weren't so annoying to listen to. On the positive side, the rooms are still attractive, comfortable, and quiet.

Come indicato dal titolo, il servizio è molto buono, il personale è amichevole e l'igiene nelle camere è molto buono, tutto è bene pulito e pulito. Purtroppo, le pareti e i tetti sembrano di cartone.
