"The room was awful when you entered the room.Of the five rooms only in one had towels, so we could get us to the rest of their rooms we asked for it three times and they finally brought them in the evening. The worst was that they did not turn on the heating, and in the rooms the temperature barely reached 18 degrees (then they closed the heating and fell to 16). Every 2-3 hours we had the time to look for the person responsible to do something with the burner that didn't work (even at 4 o'clock we were looking to turn on the heating so we wouldn't freeze). You understand that in a mountain destination and indeed in winter this is a big problem; the score with 1 star is done because there is no 0 (or even less)."

"Just a one-night stay, but I was impressed by the courtesy and welcoming of the staff. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel is mostly made up of two-storey houses built on a hill overlooking the city of Volos with nice pathways and a swimming pool and bar in the middle. Although it was almost fully-booked, the peace and quiet was overwhelming at night. Short distance from Portaria main square, take your car there if you cannot handle the steep 15-minute walk."

Le camere sono troppo calde ci fermiamo completamente il riscaldamento a 17 gradi più basso e non si è trasformato in un buffet perfetto per colazione ..., ma se si vuole ottenere un altro caffè diverso dal francese è stato un onere aggiuntivo mentre Normalmente è all'interno ... Bella vista ma piuttosto alta come posizione con una passeggiata fino 10' .... se è per auto, ma l'avanguardia è molto stretta e c'è un parcheggio in terrazza all'hotel."

"La colazione è stata gustosa con uova fresche e altri prodotti freschi al buffet. Il pranzo era grande con prodotti semplice ma deliziosi e locali. Camminare intorno al resort ti fa "switch off", perché il suo ambiente naturale è fuori dal mondo. E se ti piace lo sport non sarai deluso. Un tribunale di basket all'interno è disponibile per allenarsi. Per coloro che amano la natura, affittare suite 115 è secondo a nessuno, mentre si dorme con la finestra aperta e ascoltare il suono dell'acqua che fluisce attraverso il fiume vicino."

"A nice, preserved set of 19th century traditional decoration in the countryside and in the rooms without excess.Delicious breakfast with fresh panther's cakes.Beautiful courtyard and a rooftop to enjoy a coffee and a bathtub.In our time, it is perfect. Value for money. I'll stay there again if I go back to the clay."

"Very good looking room, very clean, great staff, and a very cozy Christmas environment; what else could you ask for around December? The lobby is a place to have a seat and enjoy a book or in case you have to work, take your laptop/tablet and be productive. They also have a great breakfast!"

"Needing to catch an early ferry from Volos and not finding anything suitable in town, we decided to stay at Hotel Kritsa in Portaria having seen other good reviews online. We were not disappointed! The hotel and restaurant are nestled on the main square in the centre of the village. Our room was comfortably furnished with a little balcony overlooking the square. We had a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and air-conditioning (a must when temperatures are in the late 30s) The staff were really friendly especially Elein and we ate at the restaurant in the evening. Food was fantastic. With a very early start we didn’t get to sample the breakfast which everyone raves about however they kindly made up a pack-up for us. Great value and a lovely hotel"

"Il bagno è fantastico, letti super comodi, cassaforti nelle camere e balconi.La colazione è facoltativa e il personale al colazione è attento e amichevole. Solo il rimborso è l'aria fumatori sulle proprietà riempire l'aria con fumo e nella mia stanza, sto tossendo e nelle hall è molto controverso. Vorrei che la Grecia non permettesse di fumare in proprietà o avere alcuni pavimenti non fumatori. Il fumo di seconda mano è relativo a soprattutto quando sto tosse e sono congestionato nella mia stanza. Il personale frontale è grande, i prezzi sono grandi, e la posizione è meravigliosa. Mi sento sicuro in questa zona e all'interno dell'edificio. Qualcosa di importante per un viaggiatore solo. "
