"The room was awful when you entered the room.Of the five rooms only in one had towels, so we could get us to the rest of their rooms we asked for it three times and they finally brought them in the evening. The worst was that they did not turn on the heating, and in the rooms the temperature barely reached 18 degrees (then they closed the heating and fell to 16). Every 2-3 hours we had the time to look for the person responsible to do something with the burner that didn't work (even at 4 o'clock we were looking to turn on the heating so we wouldn't freeze). You understand that in a mountain destination and indeed in winter this is a big problem; the score with 1 star is done because there is no 0 (or even less)."

"Hotel molto bello con personale amichevole e utile e camere confortevoli. Bella piscina all'aperto e spazio per i bambini a giocare. Ci è un balcone con una bella vista nella sala da pranzo, ci sono goduto i nostri colazioni lì. Situato non lontano dal centro del villaggio."

"Very good looking room, very clean, great staff, and a very cozy Christmas environment; what else could you ask for around December? The lobby is a place to have a seat and enjoy a book or in case you have to work, take your laptop/tablet and be productive. They also have a great breakfast!"

"A nice, preserved set of 19th century traditional decoration in the countryside and in the rooms without excess.Delicious breakfast with fresh panther's cakes.Beautiful courtyard and a rooftop to enjoy a coffee and a bathtub.In our time, it is perfect. Value for money. I'll stay there again if I go back to the clay."

"Molto buon servizio da tutti i dipendenti, soprattutto al bar piscina e al ristorante ... cibo è fantastico ... camera è grande e pulita ... bella palestra con molte macchine ... buon massaggio ... parcheggio per la macchina ... bella posizione ... Ci siamo chiesti un po' più a lungo e Fortunatamente c'era la disponibilità. L'unica piscina interna più piccola, anche se la temperatura della stanza era fredda, l'esterno, anche se novembre era più caldo."

"The hotel was centrally located for visiting both the east and west coasts of the northern area of the Pelion peninsula, (an area known for its winding roads which take a long time to get around). It was also spotlessly clean & comfortable and the breakfast superb. However, what makes this hotel really special is the warm, family atmosphere created by Anastasia who does everything she can to make your stay extra special. We would give her 15 out of 10 if we could! There is nothing to dislike but customers should be aware that out of season, there are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity and we therefore profited from Anastasia's snack menu each evening."

"Sono stato sorpreso di quanto tranquillo possa essere una stanza centrale in questa città piuttosto rumorosa. In 5-10 minuti i vari centri di questa città (festa, shopping, bumbling) possono raggiungere a piedi comodamente. Volos è la mia città natale e ho dovuto fare diverse riunioni con avvocati, notari e autorità in un breve periodo di tempo. La mia auto a noleggio è stata usata solo per un viaggio verso la montagna Pelion. Tutte le altre località erano rapidamente e a piedi accessibili. Nel frattempo ho fatto anche breve pausa di riposo in camera, perché è stato raggiunto rapidamente tra le date. Sono particolarmente colpita dalla pulizia in tutta la casa e dall'attenzione del personale. Ho rinunciato all'ordine di colazione perché si può tornare in uno dei caffè e bistro vicini e godere delle specialità locali. Non credo di essere stata l'ultima volta nella Local Urban Living e mi piacerebbe continuare a raccomandarlo ..."
