The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location with magnificent views. The hotel staff was extremely polite, breakfast was abundant, our room was exactly as seen in pictures and very clean. BUT. Our main criteria when choosing a hotel room are a Balcony and a View. So, we booked a Honeymoon room (no 203) for a 3nights stay. As per hotel’s claim, description, “all honeymoon rooms have a private balcony with a panoramic view of the Pagasetic Gulf or Makrinitsa”. When we arrived and entered the room, our disappointment hit us in the face HARD. The supposedly magnificent panoramic view, was that of a rooftop and chimneys - picture attached. I think that lying to guests is rather disrespectful. And that is reason enough to never go back.

Room was very clean, big and comfortable, the airco works beautifully and it’s very needed. Employees are nice and useful. The location is good, as long as you have a car because it is located at the entrance of the town and although is very close by the small center, there is no walking path, just the car road so you need a car to go any direction. It’s anyways the case of you traveled there but the center of the town is rather messy with the car. The breakfast is nice and complete but it is very weird that they do not offer any other coffee but filter coffee, if you want any combination of coffee with milk you need to order it and pay for it. The only milk available is cold milk so not event warm milk for mixing with the filter coffee, it is not a big deal but it is the first time I encountered such a thing.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean rooms and common spaces also! Very nice location with fantastic view! Delicious fresh breakfast. Very nice services for Spa and massage. Totally recommend for all seasons.

Bad service and reception girl was rude, we asked for towels to the beach and the answer was to go to the city and buy towels. We travel for two weeks in north Greece in several hotels and in all of them the stuff was nice and welcoming. To this hotel we will never come again

The hotel is at a nice location, but that is about it. The views from most of the rooms is non existent. The so called "swimming pool" is not much bigger than a kiddy pool, and on top of that the hotel owner allows outsiders to use the pool with payment! Be aware. The reason that they want you to pre-pay and they have a no refund policy is obvious to anyone who stays there. Our stay there was an utter disappointment and almost ruined our holidays! Thanks to our determination we managed to get a refund for part of our stay (the owner refunded only the weekend days of our stay so that he could book them elsewhere). However we managed to find a much nicer hotel in Portaria and saved our vacation the last minute.

A great place for couples. Not too far from village center (by driving). Very friendly staff. Great view. Designed with great taste. Minor maintenance issues. SPA facilities are extra and need prior arrangements.

All I can say is that if you like to stay at a friendly hotel, enjoying quiet and amazing view and eat good food - Valeni hotel gives you all. Everybody is smiling at this hotel!

Ένα πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, με εξαιρετική θέα που προσφέρει άνετη διαμονή. Είναι ιδανικό μέρος για όσους επιθυμούν ηρεμία και χαλάρωση. Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα, καθαρά, διαθέτουν βεράντα, κλιματισμό, είδη προσωπικής υγιεινής και γρήγορο wi-fi. Επιπλέον έχει πολύ ζεστούς χώρους σε περίπτωση που κάποιος θελήσει ένα ποτό ή καφέ. Στις παροχές περιλαμβάνεται και το spa με εσωτερική θερμαινόμενη πισίνα, μεγάλες τζαμαρίες με φανταστική θέα και κλειστό κύκλωμα παρακολούθησης. Το πρωινό είναι αρκετά καλό, ενώ η αίθουσα όπου σερβίρεται διαθέτει και ένα όμορφο τζάκι. Είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες. Επιπλέον η εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου είναι άψογη. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!
