Molto buono, l'ambiente sull'isola è buono. Tutti i giorni l'hotel pulisce igiene, il bagno è grande e il ventilatore è anche.Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto complete, la colazione è anche molto deliziosa, la prossima volta andrà ancora

Il servizio è stato eccellente e molto utile per la squadra di accoglienza. Un esempio di aiuto, siamo arrivati circa 6:00 e ho chiesto quando potremmo aspettare di entrare nella stanza per pianificare la nostra giornata. La risposta inaspettata era che la tua stanza verrà pulita non appena arriva il personale di pulizia, quindi circa le 9:30 potremmo accedere.Il cliente in centro quando risolve i problemi invece di nascondersi dietro le politiche, atteggiamento sorprendente!

This is our second stay at Scandic Visby. Last time was perfect. Nice and big room with balcony and view. This time we got a smaller room (same room category), with smaller balcony and no view, because of a big tree in front of it. The room was okay, but it was not properly cleaned. The windows were really dirty. The bed was super comfortable. However, the ventilation was bad, we had to sleep with balcony door open, and the street is extremely noisy all night. Sometimes there was also an intense and awful sewage smell all over the hotel, both outside and inside. The room didn’t get cleaned during our stay, which was okay, but when we asked for toilet paper refill, the cleaning lady seemed almost bothered. Some of the staff were friendly and smiling, while others were the opposite. We would still choose Scandic Visby over again, because of its location, the excellent breakfast and the nice pool.

Hotel meraviglioso, posizione perfetta a pochi minuti a piedi da Stora Torget. Camere pulite, accoglienti, fantastico colazione, personale piacevole, molto conveniente. Molto parcheggio stradale disponibile quando eravamo lì (a partire da maggio). (*) È un punto che vorremmo sottolineare: per conservare l'acqua, l'hotel incoraggia i suoi ospiti a ”dite no alla pulizia della stanza”, a mantenere al minimo i tovaglioli e le lettiere. Grande in teoria, soprattutto se ci sei solo poche notti. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno più lungo e avremmo apprezzato la nostra stanza di essere un po' incinta (a fine, paghiamo il servizio). Poiché nessun personale è entrato nella stanza, verso la fine del nostro soggiorno, abbiamo dovuto cacciare carta da bagno e gel da doccia, e il nostro rifiuti è stato superfluo. Fortunatamente siamo riusciti a tenere il ricevitore prima che lei se ne andasse per un nuovo roll TP. La maggior parte degli hotel puliscono ogni giorno le camere e cambiano le tovaglie quando gli ospiti lo chiedono. Il universale ”cacciare i tovaglioli sul pavimento del bagno se vuoi nuovi” avrebbe funzionato bene a Hotel Slottsbacken. Ciò detto, rimarremmo assolutamente a Hotel Slottsbacken se ritorneremo a Gotland.

Is not a 4 stars Hotel. The rules of hoteleries is very clear in how and what to demand according to hotel stars . Build a spa and give a breakfast is just ” normal duties ” now days. Hotel clarion unfortunately went down in class dramatically, spoiled of the high tourist the quality of the hotel went down. Rooms the beds are very uncomfortable,once you inform te desk no action, but just this is our bad ,we have not heard this complaint before , wrong. You can't charge the ipad without the key, don't come is for the environmental, because is no true , but if I go for a walk a want charge my ipad I should be able without sticking other card Inside. The bar ,changing from sofas to bar chair and table is very wrong, this bar is built for relax is not a pub . Voucher , this is a general complaint to all the Clarion , is not up to you or my health if with my Voucher I want pay a beer ,otherwise give me a credit on the price or accumulate the money and I can use when I want . Final comment. Sorry you went from 4 star to a 3 over rated star hotel

Il resort Novi è vicino al centro Visby. Il taxi costa 200s dal porto Visby. È più conveniente se hai una macchina. Il controllo in sesto rende più facile. Le camere deluxe sono così valenti con una grande vista. Le camere superiori sono anche molto grandi. I colazione sono pieni e deliziosi. Menzione speciale a Emy. Ha fatto il nostro soggiorno assolutamente speciale. Da servirci colazione a soddisfare richieste come dare un riscaldamento nella stanza, bianchetti extra, ecc. È una delle nostre attenzione di Novi Resort. Cosa può essere migliorata: - La reception si chiude alle 4:00, ma sarebbe bello se un singolo personale fosse in giro per più tardi per qualsiasi problema imprevisto. - La nostra stanza aveva un problema di riscaldamento, se si controllassero queste cose sarebbe fantastico.

Il 22 giugno non ci siamo trasferiti in questo hotel, ma siamo molto tardi per scrivere la nostra recensione. Ci siamo trasferiti per mezza estate in una delle suite dell'appartamento. Devo dire che la prima cosa che pensavamo quando ci siamo saliti in camera era: ”Mi chiedo se l'hotel abbia commesso un errore”. Il nostro appartamento sembrava sinceramente che avremmo dovuto pagare tre volte. È un edificio storico e le camere sono deliziosamente autentiche. In breve, sono solo splendide!! Mio marito e io viaggiamo molto e concordano che è uno dei più cool che abbiamo mai soggiornato! Il personale che siamo grandi, felici e amichevoli. Sempre in mano per rispondere a qualsiasi necessità. La colazione era nel palazzo principale. Ci avevamo scelti bene ogni giorno. Infatti siamo arrivati tardi per colazione una mattina, ma erano più che felici di accoglierci.
