JJayne LynnQuando siamo arrivati all'hotel c'era un sacco di costruzione all'interno e nessuno l'ha affrontata. Nessuno ha detto, scusate per la confusione o la disturbo. In un momento i letti erano completamente vibranti dal lavoro che era stato fatto. Poi il bagno si è chiuso. Abbiamo chiamato e hanno detto che non c'era nessun manutenzione in servizio, ma mi hanno portato un piatto ... Anche quando il blocco era stato cancellato, il bagno non scorrerebbe correttamente. Ho finalmente sceso al desk per vedere cosa fare dopo. La ragazza del dipartimento di fronte disse che poteva chiedere al manutentore di venire dalla porta accanto, o potevamo cambiare le stanze. Ho detto che se arrivasse presto, potremmo tenere la stanza. L’uomo è venuto a correggere la questione del bagno, e non abbiamo avuto altri problemi con questo. Infine, i bambini erano molto emozionati a nuotare, ma il tubo caldo era vuoto. La piscina era così fredda i bambini erano dentro per qualche minuto, ma non riuscivano a rimanere perché l'acqua era così fredda e il cloruro era così alto che bruciava gli occhi per essere nella stanza. Possiamo mangiare abbastanza colazione al mattino per soddisfarci, ma la costruzione del lobby lo ha ancora ostacolato. L'Holiday Inn Express non è un posto cattivo e probabilmente è meglio quando tutto funziona, ma non siamo stati il destinatario di questo tipo di soggiorno.

Staff at check in lovely!
Large room, lots of place for luggage. Large bathroom. Ice maker in fridge. Nice couch which was also a hide a bed!
Carpet was light brown colour which shows every stain. Could I suggest a medium/ dark brown if you are thinking of replacing. I always take my shoes off at the door but guess things happen and the carpet gets dirty. Poor cleaning staff. I am sure the carpet was clean, like the room just stained. Oh well.
Staff were very nice . And apologized for the few items on the grab and go.
Web site said free breakfast for 4; but…. Grab and go breakfast but not much - granola bar, few small muffins, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Some packs of instant oatmeal but guess you would have to use a coffee cup? No milk but coffee creamer.
The room was great and I would likely stay there again. For all hotels on your site it would be nice to know how to know or give a better indication of breakfast availability - the minimum that would constitute a minimum breakfast items provided or if not then no breakfast provided .

UUtente ospiteWe ended up booking this place, but due to some car troubles we arrived late. I had called previously knowing that I would be late on arrival and making sure my reservation that I prepaid for would still be available. I was told by the receptionist that the room would be available upon my late arrival. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to check us in and an attendant who helps maintain the property showed up. Apparently, the reservation was cancelled which made me upset. They had to call around and ask to instruct the attendant how to find my previous reservation and get me checked into a room, which took a while. The room was fine. It was nice they had a complimentary destination charger which you needed a code for in order to use.

UUtente ospiteI enjoyed getting out of town for the day, the desk staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and the tv was nice but there were a few issues. The bathtub in room 211 had mold growing; I had requested to be given a room on the upper floor. The pool was not able to be used right away because they had just put in chemicals…why not do this right after 11:00 when everyone has checked out. The breakfast was your typical hotel fair but the $12.99 price tag was a bit steep. It was nice to eat off of real plates and utensils.

UUtente ospiteGreat staff. Rooms were clean, pool and whole pool area was clean, gaming area was also clean. That's a pretty hefty accomplishment, considering how messy some of the hotel ”guests” were. Food at the restaurants was pretty good. Definitely met my expectations. Restaurant staff was also top notch. We came solely for the kids to use the water park & they had a blast. Great hotel for young families. My only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable. The metal bed frames do not provide very good support at all.

EEmilyThe service was super friendly - we had our two small children at the free breakfast (amazing btw) and they gave us a bag of books to look through - each child got to take one home! Pool & hot tub were clean and we had it all to ourselves.
Big suite with two bedrooms, fold out couch for the kids and everyone had their own tv. Will definitely visit again.

UUtente ospiteOverall a good stay. Parking in the ramp is a breeze. Downtown location is convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary bathroom amenities, they are different from the usual hotel stay. Tasteful decor.
The carpet in our room is worn and had a big stain. Bathroom tile could use a good steam as the grout is quite black.

UUtente ospiteAnna era molto piacevole e gentile. La pulizia non era grande. Dietro il nostro bagno sembrava che non fosse mai stata pulita. Puoi dire che si mettevano degli asciugamani nelle tende senza mai svuotare. Quando arrivammo, abbiamo tirato indietro il letto per vedere se le foglie erano pulite e c’era un pelicolo di peli aperti al piede del letto all’interno delle coperte.

was wet. The entrance was slippery (lots of snowy shoes coming in and out). The hot tub was minimal but pleasant. The pool towels were pretty thin.
The personnel were helpful and friendly.

UUtente ospiteI love the americinn hotels. This was our first time at this location. Our king studio suite was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Only downfall was the fact that the little kid portion of the pool was slightly deeper than expected. Not a bad thing for our older child (4), just not ideal for younger or short children.
