Ottima doccia, personale cordiale. Stanza un po’ fredda, pulizia da rivedere.
Purtroppo all’arrivo ci hanno chiesto se avevamo un’auto, e ci hanno consegnato una key per aprire il cancello e sistemare l’auto all’interno, anche se fuori era presente molto posto per parcheggiare. Non ci era stato detto che il parcheggio era a pagamento, e ci siamo visti addebitare una somma secondo noi ingiusta.

Beautiful hotel overall. Only negatives were the elevator didn’t work and the bed was not comfortable. My boyfriend and I both tossed and turned most of the night.

Very cool place! Warm and friendly staff. Outstanding dinner at the Elderwood restaurant there. Nice stylish touches throughout the hotel.
The only down side is the noise. You hear people around you, traffic outside, and our TV turned itself on twice in the middle of the night! So that was not great.

The only thing i did not like, you could not open the windows, added tax I was not expecting. I did not ask for any thing, but noticed you have to pay for a toothbrush, etc. if you forgot yours. The room was beautiful, very high ceilings, the bathroom is unique,very art deco touch. Unique property.

Service was excellent, the room clean and comfy, the 4th floor restaurant just wonderful. However, at arrival you have to climb up one level to get to the reception, and the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor, so if you want to eat at the restaurant, you have to climb up one floor. The Sunday brunch was wonderful. We only got seat at the patio but there were space heaters. We could have used some blankets though. If you want to have dinner or breakfast at their restaurant, which apparently is managed independently from the hotel, you’ll have to make a reservation way ahead of time. All in all a great stay.

A unique hotel worth staying, but probably only once. I’ve been here three times, and this would be the last time. Inconvenience to get in and out of the parking lot (gated) and the hotel entrance (no parking on the front and also have to go up the stairs from both back and front entrances. There’s an elevator from the back entrance to the lobby). Not sure if it’s worth the money, but my husband likes it, and also the restaurant on the rooftop, Elderwood, and the restaurant “Pita Kabob”and the adjacent mini-mart across the street.

A lovely boutique hotel that is located close to many downtown amenities - it feels like a little piece of a metropolitan getaway. The room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable.
