La struttura è molto bella e piacevole, le camere sono molto pulite e pulite e il servizio è dannatamente buono dal personale e dal servizio di manutenzione.

The best view and most peaceful environment. Hospitality is great without any hurdles. Food is delicious. Infinity pool is the best pool with an awesome view. The service at Novotel was top-notch. Every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and eager to help. They were knowledgeable about the local area and provided great recommendations for dining and sightseeing.

Ottimo. Bella posizione, bella atmosfera circostante, grande personale. La più amichevole e utile receptionista e personale mai, bella e grande prima impressione dell'hotel. Tutto circa l'hotel era eccezionale. Il cibo era buono e il valore per i soldi e il servizio era attento ed efficiente.

Room was upgraded on check in as per the request, Staff was excellent at reception Srijan, Mey, and Abbas. Housekeeping Hari Babu was very humble, restaurant Rambabu at their best services with great buffet breakfast and the spread was also fantastic with brilliant options. Also, special mention to Joshna and Manisha who took care of all requests during the stay.

I had another good stay at the hotel. However, I had a problem with the reservations department refusing to honour my company booking agreement, and insisting to my admin team that there were no rooms available when they were telling me on the phone that there were rooms available, which meant I had to book online instead. Despite this, it did not affect the comfort of my stay once I had arrived. The level of service from the hotel staff was very good.
