The Westin Virginia Beach Town Center

I have to say I rent meeting room 45 weeks a year. If you need meeting space done and fast and efficient you need to work with Lindsey and mark. I never leave reviews but this has been by far best experience with any hotel ever renting meeting rooms!!!!

I stayed at the Westin 2 weeks ago and was without water for over 8 hours. I received a notice in the door at 8am that the water would be off for a short period. Not sure why the letter was put in the door so late notice. And the water had been off before the notice was put in the door. 7 hours later I reached out to the front desk to complain because my entire day had been ruined because of this. Can't bath or brush my teeth. I was told by a young lady that they are working to have the water back on in 15 mins. I call back down 30 mins later and the water is barely coming out the sink and shower and is extremely cold. I asked to speak to the manager who NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING OR FIND A NEW JOB. I spoke to Courtney Riner and she was so rude and really cared less on how the guests were inconvenienced big time because of this. Or maybe I was the wrong RACE. All this woman had the nerve to tell me is that they are working on getting the water back on and that's it. Not I'm sorry for the trouble this has caused, not let me refund your money for today's stay. All she kept saying was the water should be back on. Then on top of insult, she had the audacity to send me a slap in the face email that she was crediting me 1000 points. Like are you serious woman? What is 1000 points going to do when I have paid to stay in a hotel and to not have water for over 8 hours starting at around 7:30/7:45 am is ridiculous. I am so pissed that my entire day was ruined. I got to a graduation 30 mins late when all this could have been avoided had the hotel MANAGER been on top of her hotel and notified the guests the night before so other arrangements could have been made because I know they did not just find out out about the water being turned off at 8am the day off. I hope this manager is not here long because I like the hotel, just not her and her lack of training and professionalism.

Came to the bar for food and beverage and the experience with Brandon and Kirstin was exceptional. The food was good but the service was phenomenal. If you’re ever in Virginia Beach Town Center stop by! You will definitely have a great experience.

We had a good experience with Kirsten and Brandon The dinner was perfect, and we all enjoyed our food.. They made us feel comfortable with the wheelchair! It was a very pleasant experience. We can’t wait to come back! My mother loves coming here and I’m gonna bring her back as well!

I stay at this hotel regularly and always enjoy my time here, tye area has really grown over the years and I'm glad to see some business returning to the area. The staff are always incredibly helpful and the rooms are always clean. Kirsten and Brandon in the bar always have the best attitudes and best drinks! 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Do not stay here, the house keeping staff is a bunch of thieves! I stayed here (paid $300 for one night ) and accidentally forgot my $40 iPhone charger. I called the day after I checked out to inquire about it and the staff said they’d check with housekeeping to see if it was turned in. I called back later and nothing was turned in. If you’re going to charge $300 for a single night, you should have better and more honest housekeeping staff. While the item might only be $40, it’s absolutely ridiculous that staff can’t turn an item in that doesn’t belong to them. If you’re staying for more than one night I wouldn’t leave anything valuable in the rooms. The staff seemed annoyed I was upset about this. Horrible customer service. I loved the room and hotel but after this I will not return & I’ll tell my friends and family when they come to visit to stay elsewhere.

Spent a weekend at this location during a volleyball tournament. Prior to my arrival, I'd called the hotel and advised them of my late check in. Got to the hotel around 10 pm. The front desk was ready for my late arrival and received me accordingly. I appreciated the warm welcome including the detail explanation of my elite benefits. Every staff interaction was pleasant and meaningful. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Certainly a great hotel choice in the VA beach area.

Great stay! Shannon our housekeeper did such an Amazing job cleaning our beds were so great to get into aft the w long day at the beach she made our stay memorable by giving us some tips on fun places to visit.

My visit was amazing! everyone was so friendly, and the experience was so genuine. Ate at the restaurant the food was amazing Kayla was so sweet , and gave us our food quick, went to the market place to get our coffee and snacks Doris has such an amazing personality very outgoing and bubbly.
