UUtente ospiteOttima posizione. Mi è piaciuto molto il balcone. Il divano letto era molto scomodo. Stava arrivando la primavera. La colazione era buona anche se ridotta a causa del covid. L'hotel era molto pulito. Gli addetti alla reception erano fantastici. Ci torneremmo sicuramente.

UUtente anonimoA pochi passi dalla spiaggia e a pochi negozi e ristoranti, lobby e camere sono pulite, ma le AC nelle camere non funzionano molto bene e poche stanze hanno problemi con le porte chiuse gli ospiti fuori dalle loro stanze a causa del cambiamento della latch di sicurezza. Il personale di front desk e di custodia erano amichevoli, ma un manager non sembrava preoccuparsi se offendesse gli ospiti, come ha fatto osservazioni sulla casa, che ”non parlava abbastanza bene l'inglese” e faceva osservazioni dietro le spalle.

Questioni con la prima stanza che abbiamo controllato: il telaio era bagnato (da un animale o da un altro liquido?), mobili fittizio e tagliato. Grazie al telaio bagnato, abbiamo chiesto una stanza diversa. Secondo: ci è stato dato una chiave a una stanza occupata (inquietudine di sicurezza e di sicurezza).Terzo: un po' meno disgustoso (forse) il mobilio era ancora sporco, il piano della cucina era sticky, mancavano i prodotti di cucina adeguati, nessuna lenzuola extra per il letto di divano. Spazzole di lana marrone (bruno), tubo sporco (anche se c'era un forte odore di bianco all'ingresso), mancanza di manipolazione nel bagno. Handle per la bassa mancavano l'hardware decorativo che c'è la parte che dovrebbe essere coperta dalle manette reali. Cortine di colore. Portate cuscini per sedie e divano. Il bagno delle donne era caduta separatamente. Il colazione era molto medio.Abbiamo avuto meglio in altre suite Homewood. La persona che gestiva il colazione ha lottato per tenere gli oggetti in magazzino. Non sembrava occupato, ma in entrambi i modi, ha mandato qualcuno per aiutarla se necessario. I bambini non potevano toccare nessun cibo o servire i prodotti viaggiamo molto, e i miei figli hanno sempre potuto ottenere il loro colazione. Non c'era caffè o acqua calda disponibile dopo colazione. Potrei profumarmi **** nella hallwaygross! Il dipartimento frontale era amichevole, in alto. Sembrava che i familiari/amico dei dipendenti che si appesantivano nelle strutture alberghiere per un tempo prolungato, non molto professionale. Io lavoravo per una grande catena alberghiera, e questo non sarebbe mai stato tollerato. In generale, non posso credere che una grande catena di hotel lascerebbe una proprietà così trascurata. Non consiglierei questo hotel.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel ha bisogno di un sacco di aggiornamento. L'ascensore è più lento di sempre. Aspettate un buon 10 minuti solo per fermarsi sul vostro pavimento. L'unica donna indiana al desk front ha sempre avuto un atteggiamento e era brutta. Il primo passo della strada delle scale ha sbagliato le scale e si può vedere dove molte persone hanno messo tazze e cibo e oggetti da cadere (che hanno bisogno fissato) altri che la mia famiglia ha goduto il nostro soggiorno ma non rimarrà in questo hotel di nuovo.
Abbiamo lasciato l'hotel più pulito quando siamo arrivati.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione era bella, la parte principale della stanza era molto pulita e bella, ma il bagno aveva bisogno di una forma. c’era un enorme buco nella parete, che coprivano con un rack di tovaglioli, Il doccia era pieno di crack e il papier toilette era seduto fuori non c'era nessuno. Il bar per la doccia era solo ruscello e la curva stessa era molda. La zona “cucina” era anche molto in basso. I gabinetti erano riempiti di ruscello e solo stucco.
