La stanza è stata prenota per anni nuovi, ha una vista bella dalla stanza, una stanza pulita e standard, il servizio è stato anche buono, ha chiesto un paio di bagni e l'ha presa direttamente.Molto vicino alla città e a piedi lontano da altri bellissimi luoghi.

ABSOLUTLY NOT RECOMMENDED! WE BOOKED 2 DOUBLE ROOMS IN SEPTEMBER 2022 FOR A RAMMSTEIN CONCERT. AT THIS POINT THEY HAD A LOT OF ROOMS FREE AND OFFERED IT IN ***********. IN MAI 2023 (7 month later!) THEY CANCELED OUR ROOMS (2 DOUBLE ROOMS) WITH THE CASE ”SORRY - OUR HOTEL IS OVERBOOKED”. BUT THE REAL AND TRUE CASE WAS, THEY OFFERED THE ROOMS TO OTHER GUESTS CAUSE OF RARLY AVAILABLE ROOMS IN MAY 2023/VILNIUS. WE ORGINALLY PAID 599 EURO FOR ONE WEEK TOTAL FOR BOTH DOUBLE ROOMS IN SEPTEMBER 2022. IN MAI 2023 THEY OFFERED THE ROOMS FOR OVER AROUND 2000 EURO+ PER WEEK (EACH ROOM!). FROM THE BUSINESS POINT OF VIEW ITS SURLY WISE BUT ITS REALLY REALLY UNFAIR TO THE GUESTS TO F*CK THEIR LONG PLANNED HOLIDAYS IN THE LAST MOMENT BEFOR THE TRAVEL BEGINS. IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO FIND ANOTHER PAYABLE HOTEL IN VILNIUS SO WE HAD TO CHOOSE SOMETHING 30KM OUTSIDE OF VILNIUS CITY. WE HAD TO USE BOLT/UBER TAXIS EVERY DAY AND WE HAD ALOT OF EXTRA COSTS CAUSE OF THIS OUTRAGEOUS HOTEL. WE ARE VERY VERY DISAPOINTED AND I WILL POST THIS STORY WHEREVER I CAN! UNBELIEVABLE!

Il bellissimo hotel si trova nella città antica di Vilnius. E 'molto nuovo, quindi le attrezzature sono molto buone. La mia camera singola era un po 'piccola, ma basta per una persona e per un soggiorno in città. Il letto era confortevole, ma purtroppo non c'era nessun frigorifero.
L'iscrizione è stata molto professionale ed efficiente. L'hotel ha un contratto con un parcheggio vicino, si trova a circa 600 metri a piedi dall'hotel. Per soli 8 euro, può parcheggiare il proprio veicolo lì (in accordo con la reception).
Il colazione era in ordine ma era ancora in grado di svilupparsi, per esempio mancava latte normale, e solo latte privo di lattosio che aveva un sapore acido.
In tutto, è un bel hotel e lo consiglio a tutti per un soggiorno a Vilnius.

L’hotel si trova in ottima posizione, in pieno centro a Vilnius, all’interno della città vecchia. Se la posizione è invidiabile, il resto dell’hotel è di un buon livello ma probabilmente manca qualcosa per un cinque stelle. La colazione servita in un locale piuttosto piccolo ed al costo di 25€, é piuttosto costosa, sebbene il menù a la carte rispecchi la qualità Radisson. La stanza era ok, ma certi dettagli avrebbero forse bisogno di un rinnovamento, così come la zona sauna e jacuzzi, piuttosto piccola e sacrificata, sebbene il grande plus sia l’accessibilità 24h. Uno dei punti di forza é sicuramente tutto lo staff, dalla reception alla zona colazione: sempre gentile, sorridente, professionale ed anche simpatico. Avevo dimenticato un oggetto in camera e il giorno dopo il check-out sono riusciti a ritrovarlo. Bravi!

I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel altogether - working with them has been by far one of the worst travel experiences. I had checked into the hotel a couple of weeks ago as a solo female traveler and was waiting to write this review based on the outcome I received from Expedia, which just arrived in my inbox. A few hours after I had checked in, I was leaving the hotel for dinner, when I was followed out (for an entire block) by a man who was very clearly a friend of the receptionist - I had left minutes prior, and he had run to catch up. He asked me if I was single and whether or not I was alone. I specifically told him that I was in Vilnius to celebrate a friend's birthday, to which his response was ”I was asking whether or not you were alone in this hotel, not if you were single.” When I said I was with someone in the hotel, his response was ”but whom?” This man was incredibly creepy, and I felt incredibly unsafe. I promptly contacted ******* to get my money back so that I could put it towards another hotel in the area, as I did not feel safe returning to the hotel where this man had 1) asked me on multiple occasions whether or not I was alone and 2) was friends with the receptionist, who knew I was alone. The hotel owner/manager refused to refund the money ”under any circumstance.” I would highly recommend staying at a hotel where the safety of the visitors is of paramount importance to the owners. There was no way I was going to stay there and put myself in danger, and I encourage you to do the same. There are also many hotels in the heart of Old Town that are marginally more expensive, but the staff genuinely cares about safety and the residents staying.

Ho prenotato questo hotel a breve termine, ho basato la mia scelta sul prezzo modesto e sulla sua vicinanza al centro culturale della città; per quanto potessi distinguere dalle mappe di Google almeno! Mi è stato molto più piacevole trovare che la sua posizione era più conveniente di quanto mi aspettassi e che la sua decorazione e la sua pulizia erano leghe al di sopra del suo punto di prezzo. Tuttavia, la più grande impressione che questo hotel mi ha fatto è stata l'ospitalità assolutamente amichevole, compassionevole e obbligatoria che il personale ha mostrato. Molto oltre a quanto mi sarei abituato a in questa parte dell'Europa e più vicino ad un hotel avant-garde in qualche luogo come Londra o Bordeaux! Senza dubbio il servizio che si può aspettare qui lo mette separato. Personalmente, approvo questo posto a qualsiasi varietà di turisti che cercano un posto confortevole e sicuro per riposare la testa. Se mai visitare Vilnius di nuovo, so esattamente dove stare.

Hotel moderno, confortevole, la nostra camera aveva anche un balconcino. Colazione varia, con scelta di piatti caldi, frutta, aringhe, sfogliati, crepe. Unica pecca la mancanza di un armadio in camera, c'è uno stand con stampelle, e di un frigo. Centro città non molto vicino, circa 1 km. Il bus per l'aeroporto passa a 200 mt. Supermercato proprio di fronte, aperto fino alle 23. Le pulizie giornaliere non sono previste, ma su richiesta le effettuano.

L'hotel Vilnius Grand Resort non è stato la prima volta. 3 volte soggiornato nelle camere DELUX e molte volte nel migliore. Questa volta c'era una camera migliorata, ma non ho mai visto un simile mobilio prima - un comodo da pine per 30 anni dalla nascita. Non è stato possibile guardare direttamente. Non c'è una cortina di luce sulla finestra - nessun comfort. Ma il letto è bianco, il bagno è super pulito.
Il colazione non è buono Colazione, secco vecchia selezione, anche uova da palla agli occhi.Il colazione è deteriorato Sono stati forniti buoni apprezzamenti per il caffè e per acquistare il caffè decente è stato risparmiato. L'SPA pubblicizzata non è praticamente disponibile - ci sono genitori con bambini. La partenza è - paghiamo 19 e andiamo al nuovo SPA.

YYixuanLa posizione è perfetta, molto conveniente per negozi e luoghi turistici famosi, tutti a piedi di distanza. La reception è amichevole e utile con domande. È possibile sentire l'hotel è vecchio ma ancora pulito e confortevole per soggiornare. Può sentire il suono quando la gente parla sul soffitto, ma non il rumore che è abbastanza alto da disturbare il sonno. Prenoterò questo hotel se mi rendi conto di visitare Vilnius.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel was renovated last year and they did a tremendous job. It's fantastic, well priced with excellent service. The manager Vitaljus treats his guests as if they're family. The rooms are nice, clean, modern and spacious. As a testament to this hotel, I stayed here on my own budget both before and after attending a conference that booked the Radisson Astorijus down the street. I preferred this hotel to the Radisson as it is a simpler unpretentious option with some of the best service I have experienced while traveling. Would definitely book again if and when I am back in Vilnius.

Noto in particolare: un letto molto comodo, WiFi affidabile, due poltrone e un tavolino da caffè, una scrivania, un bollitore e una scelta di bevande calde, prese e luci in abbondanza. Il bagno offriva tutti i comfort necessari. Al mio arrivo ho pranzato piacevolmente al ristorante dell'hotel. L'hotel offre anche una sauna, ma sfortunatamente non ho avuto abbastanza tempo durante il mio viaggio a Vilnius per provarla! Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Su richiesta mi hanno portato in camera ferro e asse da stiro. Hotel Rotonda is central and well equipped. The room was spacious, quiet and pleasant. I note in particular: a very comfortable bed, reliable WiFi, two armchairs around a coffee table, a desk, a kettle and selection of hot drinks, plenty sockets and lights. The bathroom provided all comfort needed. I had a pleasant lunch at the hotel restaurant on my arrival. The hotel also offer sauna facilicities, but unfortunately, I had not enough time in my trip to Vilnius to try them! Personnel is kind and helpful. On request they brought to my room an iron and iron table.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is tucked down a narrow side road in a part of town that's very convenient for tourism and local cafes and restaurants on Pilies. There's a small Rimi supermarket really nearby which is very handy. The Strange Love cafe is a few more minutes walk and is great for coffee, cakes and light lunches. I was on the first floor (second floor in local parlance) and had an exceptionally quiet room. I know this varies based on layout, room occupancy and type of clientele but it's probably one of the quietest places I have ever stayed. My room was a reasonable size for one person with a spacious bathroom, good Wi-Fi and kettle for tea/coffee. The rooms are a little worn but in a good, homely way. There's no lift but the staff will help with suitcases as needed. The curtains weren't great at blocking sunlight, that's the only negative I can think of. The breakfast was good. There's a coffee machine which can make hot water for tea and some fruit and croissants and then a menu to order from. I enjoyed the salmon and scrambled eggs and the pancakes with berries. The hotel's restaurant and bar are closed now. One surprise was a genuinely good selection of whisky, I noticed this at breakfast when the same room is used. I got a takeaway to my room one evening from the remaining stock. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd be careful with the buses to the airport. It was a sunny day and I walked to the 88 bus stop at Mo Muziejus (modern art museum) and waited sometime for a scheduled bus that never turned up. This can happen in any city but in this case it was an infrequent bus and it suddenly left me needing to get to the airport in a bit of a hurry. I ended up getting one of the many buses to the rail station and getting the infrequent train - a very short shuttle ride. I'd advise checking live departures if possible or using a more frequent bus route.

KKajuswhen we arrived at the hotel, we did not find a room ready for us. then they let us into the room, but there was a very unpleasant smell in the room. I found probably the cleaner's hair in the bedclothes, it made me very angry. the toilet does not flush, the shower faucet breaks. The next morning we went to breakfast, a very unpleasant canteen worker, a blonde girl…
one plus is that the bed is good and comfortable!
But I don't recommend it!🤮🤮🤮

UUtente ospiteLa mia camera era molto piccola!! Ho prenotato una sola. Questa camera aveva un letto unico posto direttamente vicino a un muro. Non mi piaceva il personale del front office che non erano persone professionali dell'hotel e tipo di arrogante!!! La colazione era piuttosto buona ma grassa. Mi hanno chiesto di prendere il ghiaccio e mi hanno dato un aspetto sporco, ma ho preso il ghiaccio. La piscina ha funzionato, ma era un po' di grungo. Mi sono sentita molto felice di avere un balcone, ma non mi sarei mai fermata di nuovo!

La colazione è anche deliziosa.La stanza è grande, la pressione dell'acqua nel momento non è problematica.Non c'è un po'di acqua nella stanza, ma non c'è problema, perché c'è un'acqua potabile vicino all'entrata.
Penso che sia il miglior hotel di visibilità.

L'unica cosa da notare è la mancanza di utensili da cucina, ma c'era un fosso.

UUtente ospiteI was staying in that hotel for four days weekend. It was pretty clean, the room was also big enough. I think it has a lot rooms for quests because it seems very vast. For breakfast, there is a big choice of various food and even it is possible to taste some Lithuanian dishes (chews, crepes with cheese). The hotel is located in the new part of Vilnius, but not so far from the Old Town (about 30 minutes walking distance by foot). With the 3g bus line, the airport is located about 25 minutes of the drive. During my stay there was an issue with hot water - it was brown / red. I had to wait couple of minutes in order to get the water clean.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza è ciò che si aspettava da un hotel a 3 stelle, la stanza era pulita ma un po' fredda a notte se avete la finestra aperta. L'hotel è anche vicino all'autostrada per sentire le auto e le vite e il servizio di emergenza suona tutta la notte. C'erano solo due uscite in una stanza per quattro persone, quindi non potevamo pagare tutti i nostri telefoni, quindi portate e estendere per poter caricare più di due dispositivi all'uno. Risposed all my questions and had some great recommendations for local food. There's also a McDonald's right outside the hotel that's open 24/7, and a 20-minute walk to a mall with great food and lots of shops. Ci sono grandi collegamenti di autobus dall'hotel, molti autobus si fermano intorno alla zona.
