Pessima esperienza in questo hotel con una dirigenza che non è mai venuta in Italia ad imparare come si lavora in un hotel e come si lavora con i clienti, ponendo in essere la propria arroganza ad essere competenti in materia, ma, in realtà, non capiscono niente, come gran parte dei laotiani. A voi l' ardua sentenza

Hotel nuovo di zecca con camere moderne, pulite ma molto piccole e bagni minuscoli con una porta scorrevole a pochi centimetri dal letto (quindi pochissima privacy). Quasi nessuno spazio per riporre le valigie. Adatto per una persona per un breve soggiorno, ma davvero molto stretto per due. Ampia e moderna cassaforte. Alcune camere hanno un balcone. Purtroppo nessun isolamento acustico né verso le altre camere né verso i rumori esterni. Alcune camere hanno porte comunicanti, il che è ancora peggio: solo due sottili porte di legno, quindi si può sentire il respiro del vicino o qualsiasi altro rumore notevole che producono nelle loro camere e bagni. Molti turisti cinesi. Niente piscina né palestra. Grazioso piccolo rooftop con alcune sedie, tavoli e 2 sdraio, ma non c'è un bar. La colazione è un piccolo buffet con alcuni piatti asiatici e occidentali semplici. Personale molto cordiale. Posizione centrale con molti ristoranti e negozi nei dintorni, il mercato notturno e il fiume sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to night market and all the restaurants, cafes and bars. It is clean too, just one thing for me, the blinds of the room are not dark enough for me, the lights may bother your sleep if you are the person who likes to sleep in the dark. Overall good hotel.

We was surprised about the good Restaurant in Front of the Hotel. The Room was ok for a Short trip because it‘s small and the wall is thin it’s not still quiet. The Location is grateful for City Trip.

We had a short but sweet stay at Riverside hotel. It’s in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and the night market, but not in the middle of the action so we had a good night’s sleep. It’s super clean and the bed is very very comfortable. We only stayed one night, but will happily come back! Would definitely recommend.

We arrived at hotel in the morning, so hotel staff said to us that we can go to our room at 2:00pm. But we were back at hotel at 4:00pm, they said we needed to wait more because they didn’t prepare the room yet. We waited for 30 minutes. Room is ok, though.

Best location for street walking around with lots of restaurant, spa, shop, park and near river.

1. Room sound proofing is very bad. 2. Pillows are too soft. 3. The toilet bowl couldn't flush. I had to get help twice. The 2nd time, when I approached the staff at the lobby at night and informed him that the toilet bowl couldn't flush, he insinuated that I threw toilet paper into the toilet bowl even though I explained and assured him that I didn't throw anything in and beside, he hadn't seen the condition of the toilet bowl yet. All in all, a bad experience.
