CheckOut è altrettanto ingombrante; errato (MiniBar non è stato trasferito automaticamente, MA quindi non conosce alcun prezzo). Periodo d 'attesa! Nel bar dell'hotel, la nostra camera era nota per essere non occupata, nonostante il pagamento anticipato del 50% dell'alloggio con un bancomat al momento del check-in per il consumo interno. L'intero software è spazzatura! Un'assurdità molto lenta. La stanza è troppo piccola per questa categoria ed era gelida - temperatura non regolabile. Grazie per l'annusata!!! The hotel is excellent located near the central park, where the famous monument of Johann Strauss is. The metro station is just across the street. Walking to the St Stephen Cathedral and the entire city center is very easy, even with our toddler. From the moment of check-in we really felt pampered, thanks to the very warm welcome received at the reception. Our room was so nicely prepared with the extra bed a nice amenity for our daughter. The breakfast was reach with plenty of choices. I was impressed that you could get even fresh vegetable juice at your choice. I would recommend adding the access to the Club InterContinental to your reservation for the nice atmosphere, stunning views, tasty food and excellent service.

First the location is so central and you can get anywhere very easily. The ring tram is one block from entry. The hotel and rooms are stunningly gorgeous. The room that we stayed in is so spacious. It had one bedroom, kitchenette, full dining room, entry and a full bath with walk-in shower and a second half bath. The bedding is very luxurious with soft down pillows and comforter. The blanket is also soft down and very comforting. The people working here are amazingly helpful and kind. All of them. Whoever does the hiring should be praised. Gunther is real gentleman and his only interest is to make our stay comfortable and welcome. His team at the front desk, Tamara, Franziska and new trainee, Ana are the day crew. The were so helpful in so many ways. Always available and willing to do anything and everything for us. The night crew, Yusef and Zeljko took care of a few minoradjustments even late as we were checkin in. Sasha and Kornel were in charge of greeting people at the door. They were such nice gentlemen. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Ashish was also really nice and helpful. I hope that I have not left anyone out because they all contributed to making sure our stay was so good. The people who took care of the rooms have done superb job. I had the good fortune to attend a private wine tasting in their cellar. For those who don’t know Palais Coburg actually has the largest wine collection of the greatest wines in the world. I cannot remember if it 30,000 or 60,000 bottles. Niklas who did the tour for me is a young sommelier who knows a lot. He also works in the 2 Michlin star restaurant on the premises. He guided me magnificently. He tells the whole story of the rebirth of Palais Coburg by the new owner. “You get treated like royalty staying here. We LOVED staying here.

You have to try pretty hard to have a bad time at the Ritz-Carlton. Our quick 48 hours in Vienna was highlighted by our stay here. Close to all the cultural attractions, a staff trained on and delivering anticipatory service, well appointed modern rooms. There's a reason why this is an iconic brand. Ritz-Carlton still delivers a very high level of service. Not just great service, but an opportunity to turn your brain off while traveling, and know they will think of things you need, before you ask. Warm, genuine, it is so refreshing, and to be pampered in this great contemporary styled hotel. From arrival to departure, your every need will be taken care of. Food and drink was also top notch. When when we were debating about leaving early for the airport and utilize a sky lounge, the doorman quickly suggested we visit the hotel's rooftop for drink. So glad he did, as we were treated to awe inspiring views of Vienna, while soaking in the final moments before returning to reality. The only downside was we wanted to take in a show of some sort. We were offered several by the concierge. However, one was two blocks from the hotel, so we opted for it. Not what we expected. The venue was disappointing, the hooked on the classics program was more suited to a Disney crowd- which was most of the audience. Not being arrogant, love a good Disney show, but was looking for something more traditional. Once we gave our feedback to the concierge, there was an immediate apology and amends made. Quintessential Ritz-Carlton making it right, even when they (or the guest) get it wrong. YES I al and always be a Ritz Carlton kind a guy, no matter where I go.

Innanzitutto non è un grand hotel ma una boutique house, le dimensioni delle camere pubblicizzate sul sito dell'hotel non corrispondono alla realtà, ho prenotato una camera extra large di 25 mq, ne ho ricevuta una di 12 mq, su richiesta e per molto tempo, dopo spiacevoli discussioni, mi è stata assegnata una stanza di circa 18 m² al primo piano con finestre sul cortile del ristorante adiacente. Al mattino le finestre dovevano essere chiuse, soprattutto perché al piano di sotto c'era molto rumore. viene pulito quotidianamente e ci sono ragnatele agli angoli delle pareti. Tuttavia, non è stato pulito, i materassi del letto sono buoni, la posizione è perfetta per le gite in città, ci sono molti punti di ristoro intorno all'hotel.

Wow!! We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a superior suite. We had an incredible view of the city and Belvedere palace. Even if we had not been upgraded, our stay would have been wonderful!! The hotel is beautiful. The wellness facility is great. We used the sauna several times during our stay. The hotel had a variety of snacks and beverages available in the lobby. The workers at the front desk were delightful! They were incredibly helpful, kind, and hospitable. Our bed was two twins pushed together which did not bother us. Our room had many big windows which let in lots of natural light. The location worked well for us. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. We were so saddened that we had to leave! I highly, highly recommend.

The location was perfect, only 15-20 minutes away from the cathedral, Saint Stephan. All the area was do safe. The hotel staff were all very polite and helpful. The ladies who cleaned our room did their best!!! I would definitely recommend it! There is stadpark just opposite, with the famous statue of Strauss. Also the CAT for the airport is very close.

La posizione dell'hotel era eccellente. Molto vicino alla stazione Wien Mitte, quindi se desideri un soggiorno comodo dall'aeroporto direttamente al centro città, questo hotel sarà perfetto. È venuto alle 16:20 ma la mia stanza non è ancora pronta e devo aspettare altri 30 minuti, ma va bene. Il rovescio della medaglia è che non ci sono articoli da toeletta accanto a sapone e shampoo per mani e corpo. Mi aspettavo che almeno l'hotel fornisse spazzolino da denti e dentifricio. Ma il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole e il letto è comodo.

Stayed in January. Small, old, but cosy and very well maintained hotel. Location - amazing, right next to the central attractions and walking distance to train station, which brings you to airport in 16 or 20+ minutes, depending on the train you choose. Room warm, not too big, but enough space for short stay. Bed comfortable, there is option to change your pillow on request, but for me existing one was good enough. Shower - good pressure, water hot, small bath, fluffy towels, no shampoo, shower gel and body lotion (quickly absorbing) available. Breakfast - eggs on request, small buffet, but great quality and plenty items to choose from. Sparkling wine available as well. One type of pastry, one cake. Everything very fresh. Staff polite and happy to help with demands. Overall very positive experience, would recommend this hotel.

We have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Great location, next to the center and Belvedere. Specious and comfy room with nice view. Bathroom also with enough space. Big surprise were luxury shower gel and body lotion! Breakfast - amazing! A lot of choice, love cooking, all fresh and well presented. Also prices in the bar with good value. Very good whisky sour 👌 The most important staff - helpful, open and polite. Much recommend for next time in Wien!
