Vi var i Wien for at fejre vores 24-års bryllupsdag. Hotellet opgraderede os til at værelse på øverste etage og kom med frugt, bobler og chokolade uden ekstra beregning. Personalet var super flinkt, og vi havde en god snak med portieren Franck om danske vikinger mm.
Hotellet ligger super belejligt, lige ved Stephans Platz, men området er stille om natten. Rengøringen havde nogle ups’er undervejs, men intet der ødelagde den gode oplevelse.

The entrance looks more like an apartment building and not like a hotel. So the check in area is deceptive, the one person staff almost around the clock are very nice, quite efficient and ready to help. The room was large and comfortable with a nice nespresso machine. The location is in the center of the old town, 2 min walk to st Stephen’s.

We liked this hotel more every day through our five day stay. It presents a modest appearance but offers exceptional comfort and hospitality. The staff were especially friendly and helpful.
I was charmed to be offered warm punch and holiday cookies in the afternoon. Even better was to find a fresh pot of herbal tea (with little pitchers of honey and rum) in the lounge when we came in from a cold walk.
The room was very comfortable. We appreciated having two arm chairs and a smart TV (something we didn't find in two other hotels on this trip).
And the location is excellent on a quiet street just a few minutes walk to very good restaurants and attractions.

The staff are great! I felt very special! Hotel is clean and location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral and shopping. Thank you to YULIA, MESSADI, BENEDECT, and ISRAEL!!! Very warm and friendly staff. I recommend this place and I would return when I get another chance!

Highly recommend this hotel. Perfect location right in the centre but just off a quiet street. Very friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful, spotless room with all amenities and very comfortable bed. Superb breakfast.
