沒有牙刷，沒有拖鞋，沒有打掃衞生。 前台服務時間是8點到22點。 廚房設備很齊全，可惜我們沒有用到。酒店是簡潔的公寓裝修，精緻得很。沒有早餐供應。 門口就是電車軌道。

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti, dedicando un giorno alla visita di Bratislava ad un'ora di treno all'andata. Il ritorno lo abbiamo fatto con il battello sul Danubio che ti riporta a Vienna sul canale in centro dove ci sono tantissimi ristoranti direttamente sul fiume. Il Park 73 è una location fantastica, vicino a supermercati e alla fermata del 71 che ti porta direttamente in centro. Pulizia eccellente, letti quasi a baldacchino e una quiete da riposo quando rientri da fuori. Arredamento moderno molto carino. Purtroppo l'ultima sera sono scivolata nella doccia, per fortuna senza troppi traumi.

Lo spazio è incredibilmente curato, bellissimo! Tutti i confort e tutti i dettagli sono stati progettati veramente ad altissimo livello. Tutti quelli che hanno lavoroato alla pogettazione del posto sono dei geni. Poi però chi lo gestisce evidentemente non sa nulla di ospitalòità,mi spiego meglio! C'è un frigo bellissimo, una macchinaper il caffè, posate e tutto quanto curatissimo. Nel frigo mettila 1 bottiglia d'acqua che uno arriva stanco, sono € 0,25 ma è una coccola. Noi siamo stati li 4 giorni, ci hanno lasciato due cialdine per il caffè € 0,16 cent. l'una. E abbiamo dovuto prenderle al supermercato, Ma mettile 10/12 cialdine (sono € 1,80) c'è il bollitore per il te, voi pensate ci fossere le bustine? INsomma sono piccoli gesti che Visto l'eccellente livello della struttura farebbero la differenza, E poi INCREDIBILE MA VERO, IL GIORNO DEL CECK OUT improvvisamente NUDI ci ritroviamo un tizio in CAMERA ALLE 10:15 che ha aperto la porta col PASSPARTOU per venirci a dire che dovevamo uscire. Insomma struttura ottima ma metterle borse dietro la porta, perchè stanno veramente fuori. Però c'è da dire che il posto, personale a parte è veramente molto accogliente!

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento al quarto piano e ci siamo trovati benissimo: ambiente spazioso e pieno di luce e soprattutto molto silenzioso nonostante l'affaccio su una strada a più corsie. La posizione é comoda per raggiungere facilmente il centro. La cucina é super attrezzata e questo ha reso piacevole pranzare o cenare a casa le volte in cui non abbiamo avuto voglia di uscire. Impagabile il parcheggio con ascensore direttamente al piano.

We arrived to a welcoming smile and explanation of the hotel. Then we were taken to the aprtment and given a short explanation. The apartment faces the back, noiseless, decent size bathroom, with heater rails for towels, fully outfitted kitchen, Flat screen T.V and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are most pleasant and helpful even had umbrellas for use when it rained. Sleep quality was over the moon as one does hear anything! Location is on a tram route and a station for train and u-train is a 5 minute walk away. Convenient when coming from or going to the airport. Highly highly recommended!!

The stay in this hotel was exceptional. We were greeted by the staff, very polite and cultured. Our apartment was prepared perfectly, clean. This hotel is a 25-minute walk from the center of Vienna. You can use the proximity of public transport: tram, bus, or metro.

This hotel is an excellent place to relax. The rooms are very clean and very well equiped. The bathroom was large and very clean with plenty of clean towels and tissues and .... the beds were clean and comfortable. Large closets and luggage racks, dinning table, a very well designed kitchen with whatever you might need, an espresso machine, dish washer, frdge, toaster, stove, and all the dishes and cutlery one would need. On top of all these, the rooms have very pleasent patios and balconies. This was my second experience in Park73, Aug 23 and July 24. I'd recommend ghis place to all my friends.

Fabulous stay at the Townhouse Vienna. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartments were clean and welcoming, all needs catered for, kitchen was a nice touch and a very spacious bathroom! Lovely outside space and sun terrace! Highly recommend for a stay in the city!

This is one of the best run hotels anywhere. Great value for money. So much better than a standard hotel room. At the Park73 we had a suite with spacious bedroom, living room area and kitchen with oven, dishwasher and full size fridge and freezer. It’s a short 3 minute walk to the streetcar so you can get anywhere very easily. Staff were so helpful, everything was super clean and comfortable.

The service was extremely kind and polite, the rooms were very clean and well-equipped. The hotel was near bus stations and access to the city centre is very easy. The underground garage is available. Overall, the hotel is really nice and we recommend it :)

PROs: This hotel is almost perfect! It is very quiet and clean. The rooms are big and they are equipped with everything you need. The kitchen comes with a cooking machine, with a dishwasher and a big fridge, so you can cook your own food if you want. The staff is very friendly and they smile all the time. WIFI connection is good and stable. There is a big supermarket across the street. CONs: there is no restaurant in the hotel, meaning that you can not have a proper breakfast. There are no slippers in the room, so you have to buy them from supermarket. The coffee at the reception is very expensive: 4 Eur for a cup of coffe is too much! Cleaning is done every 3 days. I also found an interesting video review of this hotel on youtube, you can see everything in it.

I picked Parks73 because I needed a place close to family living in Vienna and was not overly enthused by what I was seeing for other hotels (really small rooms) or Airbnbs (seemed very sketchy) in the area. This place was perfect! Lots of space, well kept, quiet. We had a room with a balcony which was perfect for having my morning espresso (room had an espresso maker!). The room had a fully stocked kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom and living room. It's super close public transportation and to two grocery stores. Emil at the front desk helped us out a lot with questions and with reserving taxis. He was very polite and attentive with everything we asked. I speak "nur ein bisschen Deutsch" but it didn't matter as his English was perfect. Can not recommend this place enough!

L’hôtel est bien situé dans le centre de Vienne à proximité d’un arrêt de tram. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une cuisine. Très pratique. La chambre était propre et agréable. Petit bémol sur la machine à café, le format des dosettes est spécial et celles qui sont fournies font un mauvais café
