Vienna Heights Premium Apartments

Great apartment, new, clean and well stocked. perfect for families, only 10-15 minutes ride with a tram to the city center. they let us store our luggage even before checkin and even checkin a bit earlier once the apartment was ready. we will sure come back again

Lovely clean apartment well situated for seeing the sites in Vienna. Great communication from the host. Secure environment and the apartment had everything we needed. very comfortable bed and great shower. Good selection of bars/restaurants nearby.

The best accommodation I have booked so far, not only in Vienna but also beyond! the accommodation is - PERFECTLY CLEAN - DESIGNERLY EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED - IN A GREAT LOCATION - THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL It is ideal for adults and children... everything is clear considering that on the day we left, we immediately booked a new Stay and we are coming back. We can’ t wait! Thanks to the whole team :)

Bad host and very bad location. Unfortunately, The apartment is overrated. Reserved and paid for a big room with inner garden view, but host decided to give a smaller room with street view on garbage container view without any information in advance. Host not helpful nor friendly, agressive and bad communicator. Reserved for four nights, only one towel per stay for 4 nights and when I asked to change them, host asked for extra charges. horrible !!! Same 1 towel for 4 nights 5 days, what a shame !! She didn't ever tried to find a solution to move us from the apartment or provide new clean towels and even if it was their fault to change the accommodation to lower one with the same price, she refused to move us to the expected apartment as per reservation and paid price. Nothing is available around, a very lost location. Location is really bad, I don't know how comments were made to rate it as a good one, but it is far from down town, and from everything, it is the 17 th district, it is a trap for tourists, even the taxi driver asked how we got such location!!! Don't ever never go there !! Most bad experience ever and not worth it. Price shown the double and a discount displayed, not even worth the price shown, better stays with better location with hotel services are at the same price or even less. I have chosen based on the comments but they are faulty. It is a thief to announce half price to attract people but for 0 service, 67€ paid for cleaning for 1 towel for 5 days, I didn’t cook so only made coffee, Run run !!!! Don’t go there !!!

Die Apartements sind wirklich sehr schön und neu eingerichtet ! Der Service ist TippiToppi - die Vermieter melden sich sofort und direkt zurück und sind extrem bemüht ! Werde ganz bestimmt wieder dort übernachten !!
