Molto buono, il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono, ogni dipendente è molto bello, la colazione è anche molto ricco, la posizione geografica è anche buona, ma ci sono anche alcune piccole carenze. Forse la mia posizione è relativamente bassa vicino alla strada, quindi il rumore è grande e non c'è camera doppia per dormire quella notte

Hotel senza sapore. Anonimo, potresti stare a Vienna come altrove. Non è assolutamente un 5 stelle, Personale poco o inesistente. Check in lento e camera non pronta al momento come la avevamo richiesta. Mancava il terzo letto e non erano comunicanti come ben specificato alla prenotazione, Stanza discreta con moquette sporca. Pochissima acqua potabile fornita. Finestre che quasi non si aprono per arieggiate ( neanche in un grattacielo NYC). Colazione abbondante ma sembrava tutto scongelato, solo le uova sono espresse. Consigliato per business o convegni.

Questo è un hotel straordinario e meraviglioso. La posizione non poteva essere migliore, proprio vicino alla Opera House nel centro di Vienna. Puoi camminare per la maggior parte di tutto o ci sono grandi linee tram e Metro proprio fuori dalla porta. L'hotel è classico e lussuoso con il fascino del mondo antico, come essere in un bel museo. E le camere, senza dubbio questa è la più bella camera che abbia mai avuto. La zona è stata spaziosa e confortevole con mobili classici, letti squisiti e lussuosi bagni di bagno. Ma la parte migliore di questo hotel è il personale. Veramente caldo e utile servizio da tutti noi incontrati. Da quando siamo arrivati fino al momento in cui siamo usciti, siamo stati fatti sentire benvenuti e apprezzati: il concierge, il personale del ristorante, il dipartimento frontale, la custodia di casa; nessuno avrebbe potuto essere più bello, più utile, più accogliente. Il colazione era eccellente con il toccamento di coroa come un accoppiamento di miele con miele fresco dalla loro stessa apicca sul tetto dell'hotel. Non posso solo aspettare di tornare. Fate un favore e scegliere l'Hotel Bristol quando a Vienna. Non sarete delusi.

Sono stato all’hotel Sacher in occasione di una prima all’opera di Vienna. L’hotel è esattamente davanti all’Opera di stato, a due passi dai principali musei. La considero sicuramente la scelta perfetta per tutti coloro che amano i grandi fasti e gli hotel ricchi di storia. La galleria delle fotografie degli ospiti dell’hotel un capitolo del 900. Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade in una bella suite, luminosa e silenziosa. Lenzuola, amenities (piccola e deliziosa Sacher acanto al letto), rifiniture perfette. In pieno centro di Vienna, adiacente alla via delle grandi firme per lo shopping a due passi dal Duomo e dalla reggia degli Asburgo il Park Hyatt Hotel può essereannoverato come un hotel altamente di classe. Essendo un membro del World Hyatt programm ho potuto godermi le due notti programmate in una magnifica suite con tutti i confort. L'hotel è in una buona è posizione. Vicino alla fermata della linea S7 che parte dall'aeroporto, praticamente accanto al Belvedere, assolutamente da visitare! Nelle immediate vicinanze dell'hotel c'è anche un buon pub/birrificio dove mangiare cucina tipica e bere una buona birra, oltre ad un piccolo supermercato ”Billa”. Davanti all'hotel passa la linea 71 del tram che vi conurrà (ogni 7 minuti) al centro per poi procedere nelle direzioni desiderate agevolmente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanza di medie dimensioni, comoda, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ottima la colazione sia docle che salata, apprezzati soprattutto le preparazioni biologiche come il miele e le confetture, oltre ad uno spremiagrumi dal quale prepararsi sane spremute.

Wow!! We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a superior suite. We had an incredible view of the city and Belvedere palace. Even if we had not been upgraded, our stay would have been wonderful!! The hotel is beautiful. The wellness facility is great. We used the sauna several times during our stay. The hotel had a variety of snacks and beverages available in the lobby. The workers at the front desk were delightful! They were incredibly helpful, kind, and hospitable. Our bed was two twins pushed together which did not bother us. Our room had many big windows which let in lots of natural light. The location worked well for us. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. We were so saddened that we had to leave! I highly, highly recommend.

Went to Hotel Mocca in June 2023 with a friend for a weekend break. The hotel was situated close to the main shopping road and a 20 minute walk into the main city centre. A fairly small hotel, but staff were lovely and helpful. The room was adequate and had everything you needed. Ultimately I spent very little time in the room as was sight seeing most of the time. Breakfast was good, not a huge amount but certainly enough to had a decent amount before setting off. Would recommend to anyone wanting a decent small hotel close to the centre.

L'hotel è nuovo, ben progettato con la più recente tendenza e molto pulito.La reception dispone di un bar con spazio per rilassarsi e un ristorante molto bello per colazione. La zona è un po' lontana dal centro della città (10 minuti a piedi nel sottosuolo) ma è vicino al Nashmarket, così ci sono molti ristoranti da provare. La nostra camera era di fronte a un piccolo parco per bambini, così era tranquilla. Il colazione era eccellente e il ristorante aveva una terrazza piena di piante. Si consiglia di accogliere questo hotel per il personale amichevole, un grande colazione e camere moderne.

What can you say? This hotel has everything you need for a city break in Vienna. Beautifully decorated, Josefine is cosy with a modern take on classic themes. We had a cosy room, tastefully decorated and well equipped with a comfortable bed and plush decor. A beautiful separate shower and WC, and hand basin in the room made it feel like we had taken rooms in 1920s-era Vienna, as Christopher Isherwood would have done on a flying visit to Vienna. We loved the Roberts radio, which reminded us of the one in our first flat and the ability to stream music. When in the room we listened to Austria's Classic-Radio which added to the ambience of the room. We usually like to stream content to the TV, but this wasn't available on the TV in the room, but saying that, we didn't have time to watch movies. Downstairs you have the Phonotek room, where you can get a drink or a coffee whilst perusing the vast vinyl collection ad playing some bangers. We liked some of the old German records especially ones by James Last and the extensive range of disco floor fillers. We also like piped 1920s-1930s music around the hotel. Josefine has a decadent sibling that opens after dark called Barfly where you can sample some of the finest cocktails available in the whole of Vienna. The sounds of Jazz from. 1920's through to the 1960s ease the pain of your feet whilst you sip on a Whiskey Sour or a Rusty Nail. It's one of the best bars in Vienna, according to Timeout. Breakfast at Josefine is a ritual of the highest standard. You'll have to book and after you have been seated by the lovely staff. We had the standard breakfast included and you get the widest range of options from omelettes, salmon platters, Viennese porridge, toast, beautiful local bread (including Gluten Free Options), bacon and eggs and continental options. There are additional options available such as Eggs Benedict at extra cost. Once you've made your choice, there'll be coffee and juice served in anticipation of the main event. And the main event is something else. Your breakfast choice is served to you on stand, just like the ones used for afternoon tea, and it makes breakfast feel unique and glamorous. All housed in Barfly's beautifully decorated green, gold and rich velvet red decor. A real experience and one of the best hotel breakfasts. With those little attentions to details you expect in hotels charging twice the price. And that's the thing about Josefine, the little details. The key for your room and the key fob; the bottle of wine to great you; the coffee in the Phonotek room whilst you wait for your room; the dressing gowns and slippers; the little notebook they give you so you can record your stay. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Appena entrata nel negozio, una signora molto entusiasta ha offerto due tazze di caffè per il self-service. Sebbene la stanza non sia grande, sembra pulita e ordinata. Ci sono due wafer sul letto come un regalo di benvenuto. , L'acqua della doccia nel bagno è molto buona e non è necessario fare la doccia nella vasca da bagno.Molti hotel in Europa sono molto fastidiosi per fare la doccia nella vasca da bagno.C'è una piccola stazione di polizia di fronte all'hotel. Ci si sente davvero molto sicuri. Ci sono diversi ristoranti al piano di sotto. Ci vogliono meno di dieci minuti a piedi per due strade per trovare un ristorante cinese. Una strada ha molti negozi cinesi e così via. Ci vogliono 20 minuti per andare al centro della città, ma ci sono alcune cose da vedere lungo la strada. Passo un mercato e do un'occhiata e non credo che sia lontano. Proprio per il punto panoramico, il parcheggio è a pagamento e il parcheggio sotterraneo è a cinque minuti a piedi dal Hotel! Anche molto conveniente! La colazione non si può dire molto ricca, ma le basi sono sufficienti. Anche il direttore dell'hotel è venuto a salutare. Ottimo atteggiamento. sceglierà anche.

ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 notti e devo dire che mi sono trovato davvero bene, hotel moderno e ben organizzato! stanze pulire e confortevoli, la doccia centrale con visibilità dalla camera l’ho trovato molto divertente! letto molto comodo! l’hotel ha anche un bar roof top molto carino con una bella terrazza con vista e ci sono anche altri servizi come la palestra ma che non posso recensire non avendoli utilizzati!
