Hotel vicini a Austrian Gallery Belvedere a Vienna

After reading reviews of this hotel I was really looking forward to staying here. First impression is like an old office block but it is very trendy inside, welcome was very friendly and a very good first impression. As the location of hotel is quite a walk into town we thought we’d have dinner in hotel. We certainly wished we hadn’t. The waiter was nothing other than rude. We had curry which was bland and just warm with dried out rice. We never received our side order which we asked for twice. Despite the restaurant having only approximately 3 other tables occupied we never received any service, we went to the bar twice to ask for a drink, then ask where our side was which still never came. Waiter just on phone and seemed annoyed when we asked something. When we asked for another drink again at the bar ourselves, we asked what deserts were available to a response of ‘fridge’ and pointed across to the other side of bar. We chose the driest brownie available and wish we hadn’t. When he came with the bill, he informed us twice service not included..which I informed him, we had received near to no service and that what we did receive was awful! He laughed. We paid over €70 for 2 bland chicken curries and a few beers & a brownie. He then forgot the drink we’d ordered at the bar so when I went up he then said he had no change (probably because I’d not tipped the awful service previously). How can you not have change from a €10 note? So after waiting for a minute whilst he kept looking in the same wallet I told him to keep the €5 euro change. It left a very bad impression of the hotel on our first night in Vienna after travelling from two other cities and hotels that offered impeccable service. Such a shame when the rest of the staff seemed so customer focused. However the reason I’ve given 3 stars is the rest of the staff were lovely. Breakfast is fantastic and the gent who runs breakfast was very helpful. Room nice, a tad small, think it’s all designed to be trendy more than comfort, but no complaints apart from big, shower gels and soap, one completely empty and one with scraps of soap left. These should be changed when the room made up, especially when paying a premium for class of room. In all beautiful decor downstairs, on whole friendly staff, would I stay here again probably not.

Non può essere più vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Per prima cosa vai al piano terra al 0° piano, vai in direzione dei numeri dei binari decrescenti, passa attraverso i piatti vietnamiti, indiani e asiatici (il capo parla cinese), ed esci dal cancello della stazione ferroviaria. Puoi vedere l'ibis, a soli 50 metri dall'altra parte della strada. La camera è abbastanza spaziosa, la biancheria da letto è molto confortevole e l'acqua del bagno è molto calda, ma non sono forniti né bollitore né acqua minerale.

Era molto vicino da raggiungere dall'aeroporto di Vienna. La camera è pulita e luminosa e dispone di 45 finestre speciali pendenti all'ultimo piano. Anche se piove, puoi aprirlo e guardare fuori e le gocce di pioggia. La vista dalla finestra è fantastica e si armonizza con l'edificio antico e moderno. È stato un soggiorno piacevole.

Alla stazione.Sono salito, mangiato e andato in un'altra città. Solo un bar lavora alla sera, vorrei almeno poter prendere un snack. Le camere sono semplici, ma tutto è eccetto il cassaforte. In generale, sicuramente consiglio

La posizione geografica è buona per 10 punti, la stazione vicina, ci sono grandi negozi e supermercati vicino. La stanza dell'hotel è abbastanza pulita, e il personale ha 10 punti per servire i miei amici. Molte esigenze sono affrontate immediatamente, e l'atteggiamento è molto buono 

Grande posizione.. vicino al metro U1 e a 8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Vienna Hbf Sono rimasto in un dormitorio condiviso con bagno e ho fatto buone conoscenze. Le dorme erano molto sicure. Le persone sul desk erano amiche e accoglienti. Tutto in tutta una grande esperienza 😊

Lo consiglio. Le camere erano pulite e il personale cordiale. Innanzitutto è vicino alla stazione, il che è un grosso vantaggio. Dato che era vicino al Palazzo del Belvedere, ho potuto vedere il mercatino di Natale, ed era anche possibile prendere l'U-Ban direttamente in città e vederlo. Penso che la prossima volta farò un'altra prenotazione.

L'hotel è in una buona è posizione. Vicino alla fermata della linea S7 che parte dall'aeroporto, praticamente accanto al Belvedere, assolutamente da visitare! Nelle immediate vicinanze dell'hotel c'è anche un buon pub/birrificio dove mangiare cucina tipica e bere una buona birra, oltre ad un piccolo supermercato ”Billa”. Davanti all'hotel passa la linea 71 del tram che vi conurrà (ogni 7 minuti) al centro per poi procedere nelle direzioni desiderate agevolmente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanza di medie dimensioni, comoda, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ottima la colazione sia docle che salata, apprezzati soprattutto le preparazioni biologiche come il miele e le confetture, oltre ad uno spremiagrumi dal quale prepararsi sane spremute.

Excellent apartments in a new and modern area of Vienna, next to the central station. It may seem a bit far from the center, but in 30-40 minutes you reach the cathedral square by foot, passing through the beautiful Belvedere palace, or 15 by public transport. Transport is practically at the door, on the left the central station Haupbahnof, where you can take the train to the airport (RE) or the metro (U). On your right hand side, the Quartier Belvedere stop, with the urban train (S) and the tram. So the location is no excuse, which also lowers the price a bit. In addition, the apartments are new and very well equipped and spacious. Very comfortable, with a large bed and sofa, kitchen, dining room, all in an open and spacious space, decorated in an industrial chic way. The common areas have a working area and a small kitchen where you can make yourself a coffee or store things in the fridge. If you arrive later than 6pm you have to do the self check in at a machine that they have outside on the street. It is somewhat slow and tedious, but it will only take a few minutes. The wifi is good and they have luggage storage service. A perfect option for a weekend in Vienna
